Swimming again but the water is not so clean si I have a bit of rash after the swim.
Hopefully things will get cleaner so that I can swim my heart out .
The sun was out and the water was warm enough to swim.
I swam for about twenty minutes only.
It is great to go swimming to get overall exercises.

That's what I need to find out why I am getting this rash after swimming. I need to cover myself with those long sleeve swim jackets.

Yeah, the water here is not really the open beach water so it is not as clean. The rash is making me very itchy.
