I joined the group tonight and did aerobic dancing.
I managed to dance only for half a hour as afterwards I felt a bit exhausted and drained out
But the half hour was going as I felt the whole body had a workout.
Cant wait until next week when the swimming pool is going to be open for swimming.

Attracting something that is very interesting to do, the heart will feel happy and the body will feel tired but after that the health will be better
