Ohooo, nicey, go for more morning running until your body got use to it. But im just wondering, why you injured yourself a lot of time while doing that? Aww 🥰 John is a special friend. I’ve known him for 13 years, but only in the past 2 years or so we became closer. Sometimes I wish I fancied him - he would be a great boyfriend 😁
Not sure why I keep injuring myself. Maybe I do too much but not often enough or maybe my body is not made for running 🏃♀️ 😉
