I was stuck in the house most of the day because of rain, so I spent a lot of time on twitter spaces

I’m listening to spaces now, and I listened to spaces during my evening walk under a dry sky.

How does it track your activity? I'm a fitness trainer and I train almost everyday for close to 2&3 hours. I don't have a smart watch. What would you recommend me to do?
