So the NCAA wrestling championship semifinals were yesterday, and I watched the Oklahoma State wrestler handle the #2 wrestler from Penn State to make it to the finals.
An Illinois national champion lives and coaches wrestling 50 miles from my location and I follow him on Twitter/X. He had tweeted about Gable Stevenson being the greatest wrestler at any weight a few days ago.
I replied to one of his tweets yesterday that Gable Stevenson will have to wrestle at 100% this evening. I was right.

I knew that Gable from Minnesota would fall. He is regarded as the greatest wrestler by most and is an Olympic Champion. The Oklahoma State wrestler scored a takedown in the last seconds to defeat the Champion.
This morning was the Medal Round for 3rd through 8th place, and this evening was the championship round.
I had a few hours to work in the back yard between the morning and afternoon championships. I got a lot done and I exercised throughout the day to help with the nervous energy from watching all the intense collegiate wrestling.
Penn State won the team title again and had the highest point total ever. All Penn State wrestlers are All American. Nebraska had 2 champions, and I never watched a Nebraska wrestler win a title in the last 11 years of watching the championships.
I probably walked over 8000 steps in the house during the medal round and finals.
