So I started cleaning up some of my old weights and weightlifting equipment with a wire brush, vinegar/water bath, wire brush, degreaser, primer and flat paint.
Dad's old jail bar ford makes for a sturdy drying platform. Both front fenders are covered with weight and tomorrow the hood should have a few plates.
I used the chainsaw to cut a few more limbs off the large backyard tree.
I lifted some very heavy weight today, and my biceps are getting stronger for sure.
I mowed three lawns and attempted to clean around the old cars at my mom's rental house. Now I can safely walk to the back fence gate and open the gate.
After mowing the lawns, the youngest and I rode a bicycle to the next town and back before dark.
