I have been very lazy with my posting lately. I have however decided to post a bit more in the new year.
As you may remember I took up mountain bike racing, around July last year (2023). I have been competing in 40km races up to the end of the year, but decided to up my game a bit in the new year.
I wrote in for a 60km race, that will take place on this coming Saturday. Today I did some zone 2 training in the gym, and rode 33 km on the indoor bike, as part of my preparation gor this race.
Below is my heart rate stats from my smart watch, for today's sesion.
The plan is to see how it goes in the 60km race, to decide in what distance I want to take part in, in the rest of this year.
I also plan to take part in one ultra ride in May this year, this will be a 160km race

I go 2 km on bicycle, and I get tired. But you are going to ride for 60 kms. Wow
