Yesterday's morning wasn't very pleasant at first. I've had a bad headache because of my recent root canal treatment. I was laying on the bed , feeling uncomfortable and tired and I didn't want to do anything.
My friend Fateme called and suggested that we go for a walk in the neighborhood , she's our neighbor too.
I've told her that I'm not doing so good but I will think about it.
I took a pill and walked around in the house feeling desperate and listless. Even the weather wasn't so good , no sunshine and a little windy.
Suddenly I decided to go out. whatever was outside was better than my labyrinth of sadness and pain.
I told my husband @kam5iz about my decision and he was eager to come too. I met Fateme in our ally and she wasn't alone . Her friend and her cousin were there as well . I felt a little insecure but my headache was gone and being with others already boosted my energy .
We started walking towards a hill with two trees that we usually go. We started climbing trees , talking and laughing . It was a vibrant atmosphere between us. I wasn't alone anymore , trapped in my mind and being scared of the outside world . I was there in the moment , having a good time.
After that we continued hiking to another hill. It was funny that we took them somewhere they never been before even though they lived in this village since ever
when I got home I felt great 😊
