Here's a hassle-free chicken broth. Ideal for people who are short on time, all people like me. But red chilli powder cannot be added to it, its taste will be lost.
Chicken (I took about 700 grams), cut two big onions finely, and added 1 spoon of ginger, crushed garlic, whatever batter you want. And 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt to taste. Two bay leaves, and cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and 3-4 spoons of mustard oil. But this time you have to knead everything, by hand, not with a spoon, this kneading is real, knead the chicken well for five minutes and cover it for 30 minutes. I also added whole garlic while mashing.
After 30 minutes, fry the potatoes in a pan with 1 spoon of oil, leave the mashed chicken, add a couple of dry chillies, and cook on low heat. The chicken will be cooked in the onion mixture, covered occasionally. It is better to shake it once or twice. If you want you can add 1/2 cup of water otherwise it is not necessary.
Ready in 20-25 minutes. This chicken has a very dishy taste. Cardamom batter can be given at the end. I added coriander leaves. And as I said in the beginning, don't fall in love with the red onion while cooking, neither the tomato raw and rub the chicken well.
