This is another post about my physical activity. In order to make walking a habit, get the blood flowing through my arteries, and support the circulation of Qi in my body, I continue to log my activity in this app.
Unfortunately, yesterday I didn't have time to post my report because I got caught up on the internet. Today, however, I'm doing it with pleasure.
My smartphone recorded a little over 9000 activity points. In addition to walking, I managed to do some ab exercises and spent some time on the pull-up bars and stretching my legs.
Let's keep up the pace.
