My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2025

Greetings to all enthusiasts of physical culture and a healthy lifestyle.
Today, I have the opportunity to publish another report on my physical activity.
Today's physical activity was related to my work.
In the first half of the day, I spent quite a bit of time going up the stairs and carrying heavy boxes of furniture.
Throughout the work period, I tried to pay attention to my breathing to conserve energy and train my endurance.
The rest of my workday was filled with multiple movements, squats, and lifting furniture elements of various weight levels.
At the end of my workday, I took some time to rest and recover.
For recovery, I used sports drinks containing creatine.
With that, I will conclude my post.

What sports"watch"/stepcounter are you using for keeping track of your steps? and does it track your heartrate and calories burnt too? My watch is giving me some problems so im looking into more alternatives

i use hawei trarcker, it track my heartrte and calories
but want to buy Fitbit, becausse only fibit can syncronised with actifit
