Greetings to all sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts! While a large part of the population spends Saturday as a day off, the author of these lines goes to work. Today my workday was not filled with a lot of activity. However, I did have to interact with heavy pieces of furniture a bit. I also found myself frequently going up and down stairs, although not all of the mentioned heavy furniture items were in my hands at the time. When lifting heavy weights, I tried to engage my legs more and protect my back. After work, I walked home and, out of habit, took the stairs. As a result, I managed to easily accumulate the necessary 10,000 activity points. Once again, I catch myself thinking that I need to dedicate more time to physical exercises, such as static stances from kung fu, yoga, and qigong, as well as focusing on calisthenics. With this, I conclude my post, wishing good health to all kind people.
