Hola gente de #Hive y #Actifit, hoy les traigo mi reporte de las actividades deportivas y recreativas que estuve haciendo el día de hoy sábado. El día de hoy empezó por la mañana un poco tirando al mediodía ya que anoche me acosté un poco tarde ya que esta semana me la he estado tomando bastante relajada con lo que a entrenamiento y quehaceres respecta, Decidí empezar a hacer cosas como mi entrenamiento y otras obligaciones la próxima semana ya que prefiero empezar con todo y la semana ha sido tranquila así que me he estado acostando un poco tarde, sin embargo el día de hoy me levanté más temprano ya que mis padres tenían pensado llevarnos a visitar a mi abuela ya que no habíamos ido desde el anterior año, por lo que íbamos a pasar un rato y felicitar a todos por un nuevo año. Fuimos aproximadamente a las 2:00 de la tarde e incluso a mi padre mientras fuimos nos pidió a mi hermano y a mí practicar un poco nuestra conducción, por lo que por razones de seguridad llegamos un poco más tarde de lo normal pero igualmente llegamos tranquilamente. A llegar saludé a mis primos y a mis familiares abuelas tíos y demás que se encontraban allí y estuve un rato disfrutando con todos ellos. Luego de un rato allí, mi primo me contó que habían inaugurado Una nueva plaza por la zona que también tenía algunos implementos para hacer entrenamientos por lo que yo todo un calistenico no me resistí y le pedí que fuéramos a probarlos. Entre los equipamientos que habían en la zona del tratamiento (porque recordemos que esta es una plaza y lo que más habían eran zonas llanas para pasar el rato sentarse incluso algunos cafetines entre otras) cosas habían fondos, lugares para hacer abdominales, lugares para hacer entrenamientos de pecho, lugares para hacer dominadas e incluso algo de pierna. Cabe destacar que estos son de esos parques en los que el peso del cuerpo es fundamental por lo que no había como tal peso pero técnicamente tampoco es un parque para ser la calistenia convencional sino que se utilizan implementos que puedan combinar de cierta manera el entrenamiento de calistenia y un poco de gym sin utilizar implementos de este último necesariamente. Luego de un rato de estar allí mi padre me llamó diciendo que ya era hora de irnos al hogar por lo que mi primo y yo regresamos a la casa para posteriormente despedirme de todos y regresar al hogar. Aprovechando a que estoy haciendo esta publicación les contaré que la próxima semana volveré a mis entrenamientos ya que esta me la tomé como una semana de descarga para enfocarme y organizar algunas cosas que me gustaría plantearme durante este 2025 feliz inicio de año y muchas gracias por ver.
Hello #Hive and #Actifit people, today I bring you my report of the sports and recreational activities I've been doing today, Saturday. Today started off in the morning a little bit off around noon since I went to bed a little late last night as I've been taking it pretty relaxed this week with training and chores, I decided to start doing things like my training and other obligations next week as I prefer to start with everything and the week has been quiet so I've been going to bed a little late, however today I got up earlier as my parents were planning to take us to visit my grandmother as we hadn't gone since last year, so we were going to spend some time and congratulate everyone for a new year. We went at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon and even my father while we went asked my brother and I to practice our driving a little, so for safety reasons we arrived a little later than normal but we arrived quietly anyway. Upon arrival I greeted my cousins and my relatives, grandmothers, uncles, aunts, uncles and others who were there and I spent some time enjoying with all of them. After a while there, my cousin told me that they had opened a new plaza in the area that also had some equipment for training so I all a calisthenics I did not resist and asked him to go to try them. Among the equipment that were in the treatment area (because let's remember that this is a square and what most had were flat areas to hang out even sitting some cafes among others) things had funds, places to do sit-ups, places to do chest workouts, places to do pull-ups and even some leg. It should be noted that these are those parks in which the body weight is fundamental so there was not as such weight but technically it is not a park to be conventional calisthenics but implements are used that can combine in a way the calisthenics training and a bit of gym without using implements of the latter necessarily. After a while of being there my father called me saying that it was time to go home so my cousin and I returned to the house to later say goodbye to everyone and return home. Taking advantage of the fact that I am making this publication I will tell you that next week I will return to my training since I took it as a week of discharge to focus and organize some things that I would like to consider during this 2025, happy beginning of the year and thank you very much for watching.
