Hola gente de #Hive y #Actifit, hoy les traigo mi reporte de entrenamiento del día de ayer. El día de ayer empezó de manera normal levantándome por la mañana y empecé cumpliendo con mis actividades el día se veía soleado y bastante bien pero mis actividades fueron quehaceres normales del hogar el día transcurrió con regularidad hasta que llegó la hora del entrenamiento en ese momento me preparé y salí directamente A las barras para empezar a entrenar. En ese momento tocaba hacer algunos ejercicios de Front lever, Por lo que no dude y empecé a calentar para entrenar, Entre los intentos que estuve realizando el día de ayer lo que más puedo destacar fue que hice un intento de un sat, Y cuál es un movimiento bastante avanzado de caristias del apartado de front lever en el que se realiza un Front touch Pero con los brazos completamente estiradas obviamente como no me sentía capaz realmente de intentarlo al menos en front decidí intentar ese movimiento en half mientras mi compañero neomar me observaba. El intento estuvo bien para ser la primera vez en el que lo intenté y a pesar de que no estaba tocando como se debe hacer en un sat los brazos estaban estirados no me faltaba demasiado para tocar aunque acaba recalcar de nuevo que este intento fue hecho en alf y no en el front completo Pero como primer tanteo de este movimiento está regular así que seguiremos entrenando para ver qué tal va de resto estuve haciendo otros tipos the franver touch más fáciles para poder continuar con la rutina a pesar de que no sentía muchas energías igualmente los intentos fueron efectivos Así como el entrenamiento. Yesterday began as normal getting up in the morning and I started doing my activities the day looked sunny and pretty good but my activities were normal household chores the day went smoothly until it was time for training at that time I got ready and went directly to the bars to start training. At that time it was time to do some Front lever exercises, so I did not hesitate and began to warm up to train, Among the attempts that I was doing yesterday what I can highlight was that I made an attempt of a sat, And what is a fairly advanced movement of caristias of the front lever section in which a Front touch is performed But with arms fully stretched obviously as I did not really feel able to try at least in front I decided to try that movement in half while my partner neomar watched me. The attempt was good for the first time I tried it and even though I was not touching as it should be done in a sat the arms were stretched I was not missing too much to touch but just emphasize again that this attempt was made in alf and not in the full front But as a first test of this movement is regular so we will continue training to see how it goes otherwise I was doing other types of the franver touch easier to continue with the routine even though I did not feel much energy but the attempts were effective as well as the training.
