Happy New Year!
Greetings friends and welcome, I hope you had a happy holiday season and a beautiful end of the year, with your family and loved ones and I wish that this year 2025 is of happiness, prosperity and good health, the latter we will achieve with our effort and eating better and continuing to move with our exercise routines and walks.
My end of the year was very active, the last few days went by so fast that I didn't even realize it, but I think that happens to everyone. Today is January 3rd and I want to share with you what I did yesterday, where I walked and sweated a lot, but it amazes me that my actifit step counter on my cell phone always adds so little, when in reality I walk and do a lot, it seems to me that my cell phone deactivates the option, I will have to check well, I am surprised especially because yesterday I did so much exercise for an hour and a half and I think it fell short.

Saludos amigos y bienvenidos, espero que hayan tenido unas felices fiestas y un fin de año hermoso, junto a su familia y seres queridos y deseo que este año 2025 sea de felicidad, prosperidad y mucha salud, esta última la lograremos con nuestro esfuerzo y alimentarnos mejor y siguiendo en movimiento con nuestras rutinas de ejercicio y caminatas.
Mi fin de año fue muy activo, los últimos días pasaron tan rápido que ni me di cuenta, pero creo que eso le pasa a todo el mundo. Hoy es 3 de enero y quiero compartirles lo que hice el día de ayer, donde caminé y sude muchísimo, pero me asombra que mi contador de pasos del actifit en mi celular siempre sume tan poco, cuando en realidad camino y hago mucho, me parece que mi celular desactiva la opción, tendré que verificar bien, me extraña sobre todo porque ayer hice tanto ejercicio por una hora y media y creo que se quedó corto.
It turns out that in my state, there is an inflatable park that accepts people of all ages, children and adults can enjoy there, according to it is the largest in Venezuela and I discovered it a few weeks ago through the networks, and as I had always wanted to enter one of those, because they did not exist when I was a child this was the time to let out my inner child and make her happy. Besides, this park is moving to another city and it will be only this last week, so it was this opportunity or never.
As I have a friend who had her birthday on January 1st I thought it would be the perfect gift where you could enjoy the three of us because I also took my special aunt, and we had a great time, we laughed a lot, we overcame obstacles and ended up sweaty and dead tired, but before all this the first thing we did was to walk around the mall where this park is installed and we took beautiful pictures and checked some clothing stores.
Resulta que en mi estado, hay un parque inflables que acepta a personas de todas las edades, niños y adultos pueden disfrutar allí, según es el más grande de Venezuela y yo lo descubrí hace unas semanas por las redes, y como siempre había deseado entrar en uno de esos, porque no existían cuando era niña este era el momento de dejar salir mi niña interior y hacerla feliz. Además, este parque se va a trasladar a otra ciudad y estará solo esta última semana, entonces era esta oportunidad o nunca.
Como tengo una amiga que cumplió años el primero de enero pensé que sería el regalo perfecto donde podías disfrutar las tres porque también me lleve a mi tía especial, y la pasamos de lujo, reímos mucho, superamos los obstáculos y terminamos sudadas y muertas de cansancio, pero antes de todo esto lo primero que hicimos fue recorrer el centro comercial donde está instalado este parque y nos tomamos fotos bellísimas revisamos algunos comercios de ropa.
The mall itself, Parque Los Aviadores, is huge and walking inside it adds up to many steps, the most surprising thing is that I went with my family in December and apparently I missed seeing some decorations because we did not go through those parts, and this time I went with my aunt and my friend and I discovered them.
It was a wonderful day, I thank the universe for having lived it, it will remain in my memory forever, I started this year feeling that it will be a successful year for me and those around me.
El mismo centro comercial parque los aviadores es inmenso y caminar dentro de él ya se suman muchos pasos, lo más sorprendente es que fui con mi familia en diciembre y por lo visto me falto ver algunas decoraciones porque no pasamos por esas partes, y esta vez que fui con mi tia y mi amiga las descubrí.
Fue un día maravilloso, que agradezco mucho al universo haberlo vivido, quedará en mi memoria para siempre, comencé este año sintiendo que será un año exitoso para mí y los que me rodean.
