From the doctor... I litteraly need to get a sole to put in my right shoe to put my hips in correct position (straight). So my consideration is, and now that I've seen the podologist even more, why not to use just a sole from another shoe!? I did thsi for 2 days now and I think I notice the difference already... Could be just in my mind (the positve mindset whcih you've mentioned a few days ago)...
After this quick visit this late afternoon, I learnt that this podologist is going to give me a sole which is 8mm high. He's not going to measure, not going to check anything at my foot or stride, just give me one of my shoe size. For this I have to pay 65 EUR?!?! !PIZZA !CTP

Maybe you have to pay more for a "medical-grade" shoe sole. 😅 I don't know what your doctor would say if you tell him that you would choose to take a sole from another shoe instead. 🤔😏 !CTP

I'm going to try him when i'm seeing him in a month or so. Would like to know what is the difference, certainly now that I saw the sole. Will write something about it tomorrow and if I don't forget, I'll post pictures. !CTP !PIZZA
