Voting tiny amounts or bigger amounts takes the same time, so I don't understand your question?

On the #Ecency frontend, you can change the reward distribution of posts from the default 50% Hive Power and 50% Hive Backed Dollars to 100% Hive Power on the Advanced Settings of the post. 👇 !LOLZ
Note that for comments, you cannot change the author reward distribution on #Ecency. 🤓 !CTP
