I'm sorry to hear that! But 2x Zumba per week seems quite something already. When I'm doing 2 cardio trainings I'm quite tired enough. Walking is always good for everything (except for losing weight, but that doesn't seem to be an issue for you) I was asking about the sports because I'm trying to promote the "sport city" community (can't link now). Maybe you can write us an inspiring story of getting back to sport after this setback you had?!
