Balancing work and life along with fitness is often hard, but I am realizing its doable. There is a lot of stress all around us. Our job needs our time and so does our family. But in all of this what suffers is our health. The trick I realised in not missing the gym a day is being flexible with your timing and giving your family your entire weekend. So it doesn't matter anymore whether I can get that extra 1.5 hrs of time in morning, afternoon, evening or night. I cash on it and go to the gym.
Anyhow, enough of the speech on how to get time for your own health, I am sure if you desire you can skim some of it (provided you are physically and mentally well to do in current state of your life).
So this is report of my yesterday's activity. It includes regular walking, cycling to and back from gym (4 KM), and chest work out.
