Winning the first round and coming close in the second certainly wasn’t easy. The birdie shots that were just out of reach made things challenging, but it sounds like you’re ready and getting better with each round.
I applaud you! It’s very thoughtful of you to offer to pick up your buddy’s discs, especially with the creek being high and the muddy conditions. It’s true that playing disc golf in the fall can be challenging with wet leaves and slippery trails. Hopefully, once the creek level drops, you can pick them up for him!
