Great balance exercise.
I was trying one today - like an archer: one foot forward, arms stretched in front, then draw one arm back, and extend backwards, slowly return and repeat. All good until the exercise advanced to increase the rotation and you turn your head to follow the drawn back/extended arm ... I was wobbly all over the place!
I'll try the hovering foot tomorrow. I like balance exercises.

Hah yeah it is hard to hold your balance sometimes during exercises.
