Overnight the Northwest was transformed into a winter wonderland!😊
“ Silvertop can you unearth my car this morning while I make coffee!”🥰

I bundled up, and walked outside into a raging blizzard!🥶
As quick as I uncovered Liz’s car, it was recovered with about 1/2 inch of new snow!🙄
I lifted the windshield wipers off the windshield to scrape a thick layer of ice off the windshield.
That’s when one of the plastic parts that attaches the windshield wiper to the arm fell apart into my hand!😳
Ohhh…..No…… not now!🙄
Guys Silvertop is very mechanical, I know cars………
I have built up motors and drag raced cars………..
But………. Silvertop has the hardest time changing windshield wiper blades Lol!🤣
In the dark, with a headlamp on I struggled!
The snow kept piling up!🙄
Finally Silvertop figured this windshield wiper “puzzle “ out!
A small part had broken……….
Temporarily I was able to put things back together, with duct tape, until we can get to a parts store!😇
Cot watched through the mudroom window………
I don’t think he was very impressed with the snow outside, or what Dad was doing with a light on his forehead!😻
Almost 11 1/2 inches of snow!😳
How did THAT happen Lol!🙄
Everything came to a standstill today…….
It’s amazing how five hundred feet of elevation can change how intense a snowstorm can be!
Most people on our street work somewhere down in the valley.
No one understands how intense, and how deep the snow can be in the foothills!

One neighbor with a tractor, plowed a single width path down the road.
“ That works for a wintertime hike Liz!”🥰
Down below our road car traffic is nonexistent!
All emergency services have stopped
No one is plowing the roads………anywhere!🤔
“ Honey they tell me the roads are all fine down in town!”🥰
Hmmm………..
Someone needs to come up here with a snow shovel, I can find some work for our country employees Lol!😇
