How nice to have the Sun back!🤗
Sunday morning………..
I could have slept in a couple of more hours, but Liz and Silvertop both wanted to attend our Church’s first service.
I always have so much to do around the home, an of course I wanted to get a hike in as well!☺️
As we pulled into the Churches parking lot this morning, the Sun, that you see in the first photo, was just over the Mountains and the rooftop of our Church!😎
Silvertop could tell, it was going to be a beautiful day!
After Church, I hurried to restock our firewood for tonight, we were burning through today’s daylight hours!🙄
It looked like today’s hike would not start until after 2 PM!😮
4:16 PM is todays Sunset ……..
Our hike would be a little bit shorter……
Our road has numerous rolling hills as it steadily climbs uphill into the mountains……
I spotted a furry four legged friend, several thousand feet away on one of these hilltops of our road.
I stopped………………..
The four legged creature stopped……….
I watched and waited, to see WHO would make the first move toward the other!😇
After several minutes of this “Stand Off”, I hollered to this “creature”!😮
RUBY!!!!🤗
I saw a tail begin to wag, and instantly she barreled towards me at full speed!😊
Sideways she ran, not even slowing down as she came closer!
“ Liz Ruby just slurped me!”☺️
Ruby’s owners grandson came running up to us, he was trying to stop Ruby before she joined today’s hike!😇
Back down the road she ran at full speed, then back up to us……..several times Lol!🤣
Ruby was almost out of sight, and then she was standing by my side Lol!😊
“Marcus, does Ruby follow everyone that comes up the road?”
“ Nope Silvertop……. she just likes you!”
I guess Silvertop has an admirer, I’m flattered!😍
Till tomorrow everyone enjoy the weekend……..Ruby certainly is…..Silvertop Mike 😊

Not complaining but it’s been warmer than normal!🤗
