The place/shop opened just a few days ago on the outskirts of the town, the spicy "beer" sausages from the last photos were great :))

One of the recipes my dad loved years ago was sausage cooked in beer !π
It tends to caramelize and is so delicious !ππ€
Sounds good! Also, fresh raw pork sausages cooked in lard, ohhh my stomach started crying, I'm gonna go feed it some salad :))
