Całkiem fajna sobota dziś wyszła. Jakiś spacer potem rowerowa przejażdżka. Niestety, głupia auto-pauza w Endomondo okradła mnie z jakichś dwóch, trzech kilometrów. Jest to wygoda, ale jest też cholernie niepewna usługa. Dzisiaj na rowerze starałem się podkręcić kadencję, żeby używać mniej siły. Być może moje zmęczenie wynika z tego, że jednak zbyt dużo jej używam. Niestety na niskich biegach mam wrażenie, że kręcę, ale nie ma to przełożenia na prędkość, nie umiem jej utrzymać. Macie jakieś rady?

ENG It turned out to be a fine Saturday. A little walk and short bike trip. Unfortunately, frickin auto pause in Endomondo stole two kilometers. It's very comfortable but at the same time it's very unreliable.
Today, I tried to increase cadence in order to decrease force used. Maybe my fatigue is caused by used excessive force. Unfortunately, at low gears, I have an impression that my pedaling does not translate into speed, I can't keep it up. Do you have any advice?
