Looking forward to those posts. I'm almost a month clean from drugs and alcohol, and I'm trying to get in shape mentally and physically now. Having lots of issues with feeling like I have to stretch really bad all the time, so if you can help me with better stretching techniques that would be cool. Good post, keep it up. :)

Thank you for sharing and for the encouragement. I will get to putting them up immediately.

Working out will help alot.. exercise releases those good feeling endorphins. So having a good workout makes you feel good.
