It was a very hot day.

On a hot day like this, I have to change the exercise time.
I haven't exercised well, but after walking hard for the past two months, I can feel my calves getting stronger.
My shoulder is not in good shape, so I think I should start doing some proper stretching.
Actifit experience review.
I turn on actifit and walk every day, but I can't post to the blog every day because I don't have afit tokens in my wallet or because I don't have voting power.

A new thing I learned is that in actifit, you can view ads according to the number of steps, and the afit tokens you get from watching ads are quite attractive.
Today, I took 10,000 steps and watched all the advertisements. If you look at the advertisement, you can find the service you need. I think it's great that you can earn money by watching ads.
It seems that 5,000 afit tokens are needed to get tokens when posting, but there is not enough space yet.
I still don't know how to make voting power.
