My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2023

Well, I was so excited of going to the medicine sports center today, I forgot paperwork, very important paperwork 🤣.

Luckily I was still on come back and forth distance and made it in time.

We went through some athletes injuries and Biomechanics deficiencies and did some good drills on stability and strength output, the felt great afterwards and I felt amazing of being able to help. Went back with my dad on his motorcycle and fell asleep HARD.🤣
