A atividade física é muito importante na vida do ser humano. Desde o ano de 2015, faço atividade física e levo essa filosofia de vida até hoje. Concluo que todo ser humano se um dia começar a praticar atividade física vai gostar muito. Gosto muito de fazer atividade fisica ao ar livre.
