Saludos amigos de Hive y comunidad de Actifit, hoy tuve una tarde de entrenamiento en el parque que resultó ser bastante gratificante. Después de haber completado el reto de fondos en paralelas, decidí optar por un entrenamiento de baja intensidad. Este enfoque me permitió trabajar en la fuerza de tirón, algo que había dejado un poco de lado. Para ello, elegí una de las barras fijas del parque Tiquire Flores y me concentré en realizar algunas dominadas.
Greetings friends of Hive and Actifit community, today I had an afternoon workout in the park that turned out to be quite rewarding. After completing the parallel bottoms challenge, I decided to opt for a low intensity workout. This approach allowed me to work on pulling strength, something I had put on the back burner a bit. To do this, I chose one of the fixed bars at Tiquire Flores Park and focused on performing some pull-ups.

Además, aproveché la oportunidad para posar frente a la cámara y evaluar mi estado físico. Al mirarme, noté que había perdido algo de condición debido al exigente reto de todos los días. Entiendo que este sacrificio es parte del proceso para alcanzar mis objetivos, y estoy convencido de que el próximo año tendré la oportunidad de volver con más fuerza y mejorar mi rendimiento.
I also took the opportunity to pose in front of the camera and evaluate my physical condition. As I looked at myself, I noticed that I had lost some condition due to the demanding challenge every day. However, I am determined to keep going and not let that discourage me. I understand that this sacrifice is part of the process to reach my goals, and I am convinced that next year I will have the opportunity to come back stronger and improve my performance.

A medida que avanzaba en mi entrenamiento, empecé a sentir algunas molestias en el hombro, así que decidí parar por hoy. Al oscurecer, me dirigí hacia donde estaba el grupo entrenando piernas. Quería motivarlos y apoyarlos en su rutina, ya que creo firmemente en la importancia del trabajo en equipo. Así terminó mi día de entrenamiento. As my training progressed, I started to feel some discomfort in my shoulder, so I decided to stop for the day. As it got dark, I headed over to where the group was training legs. I wanted to motivate and support them in their routine, as I strongly believe in the importance of teamwork. Thus ended my training day.
