Saludos amigos de Hive y comunidad de Actifit. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi emocionante reincorporación a las actividades de calistenia en el Parque de Tiquire Flores y mi regreso al equipo Bears Fighters. Como muchos ya saben, estuve ausente como líder la mayor parte del año pasado debido a un intenso reto de fondos en barras paralelas que me ocupó por completo. Tras lograr concluirlo de manera exitosa, decidí tomarme un merecido descanso los primeros días de este año. Durante ese tiempo, aproveché para reflexionar y replantear mis objetivos, con la firme intención de retomar mi rutina y mis actividades como atleta.
Greetings friends of Hive and Actifit community. Today I want to share with you my exciting return to calisthenics activities at Tiquire Flores Park and my return to the Bears Fighters team. As many of you already know, I was absent as a leader for most of last year due to an intense parallel bar pull-up challenge that occupied me completely. After successfully completing it, I decided to take a well-deserved break for the first few days of this year. During that time, I took the opportunity to reflect and rethink my goals, with the firm intention of resuming my routine and my activities as an athlete.

Hoy, lunes, iniciamos la semana con una evaluación de rendimiento que incluyó varios ejercicios clave: fondos, flexiones, dominadas, bar dips y sentadillas. Debo ser honesto, mi desempeño no fue el esperado. Sin embargo, entiendo que vengo de un trabajo corporal muy específico y que mis capacidades actuales no son las mismas que antes. Es un proceso que requiere paciencia y dedicación, y estoy comprometido a recuperar mi condición física de manera progresiva.
Today, Monday, we kicked off the week with a performance evaluation that included several key exercises: bottoms, push-ups, pull-ups, pull-ups, bar dips and squats. I have to be honest, my performance was not as expected. However, I understand that I am coming from very specific body work and that my current capabilities are not the same as before. It is a process that requires patience and dedication, and I am committed to recovering my fitness progressively.

El camino de regreso no siempre es fácil, pero cada pequeño esfuerzo cuenta. La verdad es que hoy me enfrenté a mis limitaciones y eso es parte del proceso. Aprendí que el sacrificio y la disciplina son fundamentales para alcanzar nuestras metas. En este sentido, quiero recordarles a todos que el esfuerzo que pongamos hoy es lo que nos permitirá sentirnos mejor mañana. No importa si tienes que empezar de nuevo; lo importante es dar ese primer paso. No dejes para después lo que puedes comenzar justo ahora.
The road back is not always easy, but every little effort counts. The truth is that today I faced my limitations and that is part of the process. I learned that sacrifice and discipline are fundamental to reach our goals. In this sense, I want to remind everyone that the effort we put in today is what will allow us to feel better tomorrow. It doesn't matter if you have to start over again; the important thing is to take that first step. Don't put off until later what you can start right now.
