10:30 am today, the sun is very strong, but my determination is just as strong. Today is the 3rd day that I have returned to running again. The familiar route from Ban Suan to the temple in front of the village seems more challenging than before because the weather is hot and humid, but after running for a while, my body gradually adjusted. Today, I can run farther and feel stronger. The feeling of excitement mixed with anxiety is still there, but I am determined to achieve my goal.
When I returned to Ban Suan, the sound of Kaew's voice welcomed me back. A cool breeze blew gently. My husband was live streaming, reading the Dharma, so I decided to continue exercising at home by doing aerobics until I reached my goal of 12,000 today. Exercising and listening to the Dharma is in line with the rhythm of breathing in and out, making me relax. Today, I have to say goodbye for now. See you again next time.
