Since I started exercising, it has been several days now. I feel that I have started to have self-discipline. And having discipline, even if it does not show results in the near future, must see results or achieve success in the long term. And I will reach it.
I set the alarm clock for 5:00 a.m. to prepare for exercising. The weather is very good today. Of course, the sky is not open yet. It is still dark. And this period should be the waning moon, so there is no moon to help send light. This morning, I finished preparing myself.
Then my husband and I went out to exercise at the same place, which is the concrete road in the village.
Today, I did not warm up before going out. But it is considered a warm-up on the way. Before leaving the garden house to the concrete road, swinging arms and legs using light to guide the way. The equipment used is a flashlight.
When warming up until reaching the concrete road, my husband stopped by the white house to get dog food and took the flashlight to the white house. Then he started running. Along the way, I noticed dogs in this area. Which ran for about 100 meters. There are many dogs in this area. 5-6 of them are neighbors' dogs. Normally, before this, they would bark. They made noise when they saw me and my husband running. Since I fed them, they didn't bark anymore. They felt very friendly. My husband and I stopped running and brought food to them, then continued running. Today, I felt that my husband was very strong because he ran at a speed that I could barely keep up with. I thought my husband had longer legs than me and his steps were wider than mine. I had to run faster than my husband and try to catch up with him by trying to run faster than his feet.
Today, I ran faster than yesterday and used more speed in running exercise than yesterday. When I reached the resting point, which was the road behind the temple in the village, I opened my phone to check the numbers in the App to see how much I had run. When I checked the movement of the numbers displayed on the phone screen, it showed me that exercising at a fast speed, the numbers would run slower. 5794 The phone screen displayed it as hard.
Because it was dark, I thought that if I took a picture now, the picture would not come out beautifully and I wouldn't be able to see the surrounding atmosphere.
So I decided not to take pictures in this first round of exercise because the sky was covered in darkness. Only the light from the jackfruit donation sent light down. So I ran around from the road behind the temple, running on the road in the village to the footpath along the Trang River canal. I stopped taking pictures again. When I took the pictures, I opened them and looked at them. I decided that this was not the right time to take pictures. Because it was dark, I would honestly continue running and wait until it was light, then take pictures. I could only take a screenshot of the numbers running on the screen.
Today, my husband gave me advice about running by running at a fast speed, with determination and patience. I followed him. The result was less time than usual and the numbers were slower than usual.

My husband and I decided to run straight to the coffee shop in the village. Of course, before reaching the coffee shop, we had to cross a bridge. So I stopped and took pictures and the atmosphere around the area. Then I ran to the coffee shop. When I got there, I ordered food to eat at home. Today, I didn't see any monks walking to collect alms. I decided to buy breakfast for everyone in the family and give it to my nephew.
While waiting for the food to be ready, I went to exercise at the pavilion in front of the coffee shop. After exercising for a while, my eyes caught sight of a white cat.
It was lying on the table like it was helping to sell things because the area in front of the coffee shop was also a pork satay shop. So I called the cat to come down and play with me. I played with it, finished eating, and then checked the bill and exercised by running back to the garden house. On the way, I gave the dog some dog food. Before going into the garden house, I brought the breakfast I bought for my nephew to eat before going to school.
Along the way, I took pictures of the natural atmosphere and the sound of birds that serenaded me along the way until I reached the garden house. When I arrived at the garden house today, my daughter got up and got dressed, then went up to open the parrot cage.
Going into the kitchen to prepare food
Starting with putting the food I bought on a plate and making coffee for my husband. For my daughter, the menu is the same as yesterday, which is she ate sticky rice with grilled pork, and for my husband, it was 1 cup of coffee, eaten with 1 cup of rice porridge. For my mother, it was rice porridge, eaten with 1 cup of warm milk. When everything was ready, I served the food to everyone.

When I finished eating breakfast, I opened the refrigerator to check the ingredients for lunch. Today, there was chicken in the refrigerator. And vegetables that I have stored
So I took out those ingredients. Today I will make a menu of chicken curry with organic vegetables from my own garden. The bamboo shoots are beautifully boiled. My aunt, who is my boyfriend's relative, brought them to me yesterday. This is the merit I received because I let the girl cut bamboo shoots in the garden to earn money to support her. I let my aunt cut them to sell.
And my aunt often brings things from my garden that she sells to me regularly. Whether it's bamboo shoots, lemongrass or galangal, let me write a little recipe.

Fresh bamboo shoot chicken curry
• 500 grams of chicken (all parts of the chicken)
• 350 grams of boiled bamboo shoots
• 1 cup of coconut milk
• 58 grams of coconut curry paste
• 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste
• 1 cup of clean water
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
• Fresh chili as desired
• Black pepper as desired
• Eggplant
• Lime leaves
Start by taking fresh chili, which are fresh chilies that I grow myself. I pick as many as I want, then clean them and put them in a mortar along with pepper. I won't tell you the proportions, it's up to you because fresh chilies make it spicier and chilies taste spicier. This is up to you. Add the amount that you can eat.
Pound until it's broken up, not finely ground.
Then go to the step of preparing the chicken. I chose chicken. The proportion of each piece of chicken that I like to use in this menu, whether it is the organs, wings, legs, feet and meat.
When you get what you want, cut it into pieces. I recommend washing it clean. Prepare it.
Then prepare the seasonings according to the recipe. Add eggplant for beauty to add color and prepare kaffir lime leaves.
How to make
Place the container on the electric stove. Then add clean water. Followed by curry paste and shrimp paste. Stir until the ingredients dissolve with the water. Wait until it boils.
Then add the chili and pounded pepper. Stir until fragrant and boil. Then add all the chicken. Stir until the chicken starts to cook. Add bamboo shoots and eggplant. Followed by coconut milk. Then use a ladle to mix everything together. It's time for the seasoning step. Before seasoning, I recommend that my friends taste it first. Then season it. Season it as desired. When you get the taste you like, let it boil again. Add kaffir lime leaves. Then wait for it to boil again. Turn off the stove. Scoop into a bowl. Done. Take a picture. Done with the lunch menu. Bath and physical therapy for mom
When the menu is finished, it's time to bathe mom. Today, my husband and I helped each other. We lifted mom out of bed to sit on the wheelchair for bathing. Then, we took mom to bathe. When mom was finished bathing, we took her back to the bed. Then, we dried her and dressed her before lifting her onto the bed. I forgot to mention that I would like to recommend to my friends who are taking care of the elderly. Of course, the skin of the elderly may deteriorate. I would like to recommend that my friends apply Vaseline or oil to the elderly's skin. It will make the skin bright and firm. The skin will improve a lot. I noticed from my mother-in-law. Apply it until it is moist. When finished, my husband and I helped lift mom onto the bed so that she can do physical therapy. Today, I let my husband do physical therapy for mom. I will continue to prepare food for the parrots.

Because I usually take out parrots often. I take out 1-2 at a time. If there are more than that, I can't control it. And I will prepare food for the parrots. And clean it as usual every day. It takes quite a while to clean the bird cages each day because there are many cages, about 4-5 cages. Today, I didn't do any gardening because I turned on the water to the roof of the house, so the area around the house was moist without having to water the plants.
