My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2025

Let's go exercise together, my friends.
The alarm clock went off, so I quickly got up from bed. Then I got ready to go exercise. The same place, the concrete road in the village.
When I finished getting dressed, I did some warm-up exercise by running in front of the house. When I looked at the time again, it was 5:30 AM.
I was a little shocked by the time. Time went by so fast. So I went to call my husband from the bedroom and found that he was meditating and he was awake. So I told him 5:30 AM.
My husband then came out of meditation and got ready to go exercise with me.
Today, I didn't have to take out the flashlight because the sky was getting bright. My husband and I walked through a natural path before reaching the concrete road. In this area, there are many piglets that the villagers raise. In addition to pigs, there are also cows in this area.
The sky was not yet bright, but I could still see the path because I was familiar with this path, so I could walk conveniently. Today, there were 2-3 piglets running around on the side of the road. When they saw me and my husband walking,
they were shocked and ran in different directions.
It wasn't just the pigs, but my husband and I were also shocked by them. When I noticed something like this, It was clear that they were piglets. I felt relieved and then I hurried to the concrete road. On the way, I stopped to get some dog food at a white house next to the road. My husband and I started jogging from the concrete road. Today, we reached the point on the concrete road where the sky was bright. But this area is quite quiet and there are no cars because it is a rural route in the village.
My husband and I ran for a while and then we came across 2-3 dogs. We stopped and gave them food, then ran back to look at the body.
Today, we ran together, tightening our stomachs and swinging our arms harder while running. I felt the muscles in my stomach feel sore and so did my arms. We ran until we reached the area behind the temple in the village, then we circled back on the concrete road again until we reached the banyan tree at the three-way intersection on the footpath along the Trang River canal.

I took a picture of this area.
I remembered that I took pictures of this area almost every day. The only difference is the time. When I remembered,
I continued jogging without taking pictures of this area because I was afraid that my friends would get bored of me taking pictures so often. It was something that when I ran to this point, it was the turnaround point. Every time I came here, I remembered that I had to take a picture today. I changed it from this angle. I moved forward about 100 meters, then I took a picture. When I finished taking the picture, I continued jogging. The second round, my husband and I ran until we reached the temple in the village, then we circled back. It was the second round as I said. Today I did very well because my husband invited me to run and control my speed. If I get tired, I can stop and rest. It didn't take long to run. Today I ran about 4-5 rounds.
Opened the App on my phone again to see the numbers.
In conclusion, the numbers ran satisfactorily. And this was the last round before going to the coffee shop. When I arrived at the back of the temple, my husband stopped by the temple while I waited on the road behind the temple. There were dogs that the villagers kept walking towards me. So I brought food to them. I remember that my husband was the one who fed them. Today, I was the one who let them bark at me. It seemed that they were not familiar with me. When my husband came back, the dog acted very happy and barked at me again as if it was telling my husband that I gave it food.
So my husband brought food to it again. Then my husband and I ran to the coffee shop.
In the village When I arrived, I ordered to take home. Today, I ordered 4 bags of rice porridge, 1 bag hot, 2 pieces of grilled sticky rice, and 2 skewers of grilled pork.

Today is Saturday, my husband and I sat down to have breakfast at the coffee shop.
Today I ordered pork congee with ginger and 2 cups of coffee and a pot of herbal tea.
After finishing breakfast, the vendor brought the food we ordered to take home and placed it on the table. My husband and I called the vendor to check the bill. Then my husband and I walked back to the garden house. On the way, I tried to look around and wait for the monks to come and collect alms, but there was no sign of them. Today, the road was empty and quiet. There were not many cars on the road. I bought breakfast for my nephew. When I stopped by, my nephew was not there. The door was closed today.

When I returned to the garden house, I rushed to see my mother. Today, my mother had woken up. So I prepared my daughter's food and prepared some for my mother. Then I served it to my daughter and went back to feed my mother rice congee and a glass of fresh milk.
Then I let my mother rest.
While waiting for my mother's food to digest before taking her to take a bath, I walked into the garden.

Cooking lunch menu

I will tell you about the ingredients in this menu first. Yesterday evening, I went to the market at the intersection in the village. Yesterday, what I was interested in was a sea fish shop. There is also a shop that opens for sale. Every time I go there, I don't see this shop because it's closed for the semester. Today, it's open because I intend to buy fish to make a menu because I only eat pork. I want to change to fish or seafood.

When I get the ingredients, I put them in the freezer.

Let's start this morning. Prepare a menu for lunch for my daughter.

Sour and spicy mackerel soup

Ingredients and ingredients

• 2 mackerels
• 2-3 turmeric roots
• 500 grams of clean water
• 2 stalks of lemongrass
• 3 kaffir lime leaves
• 2 galangal roots
• 1 stalk of coriander root
• 1 stalk of spring onion and coriander
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 shallot
• Fresh chili as desired
• Black pepper as desired

Seasoning

• 2 tsp fish sauce
• 11/2 tsp pink salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp seasoning powder
• 1 lime

Preparation steps

• Start by removing the mackerel from the intestines, then scrape off the scales and cut into pieces as desired. Clean and drain on a colander.

• All herbs are cut from the garden.

All organic: lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fresh chili. After cutting, wash and cut into pieces.

• Prepare the seasonings according to the recipe.

How to make🥰

Place the container on the stove, then add water and wait until the water boils. Add all the herbs. Simmer again until the herbs are fragrant.
Then add the mackerel. Use medium heat and wait until the water boils and the mackerel is cooked. Then season with all the seasonings according to the recipe. Scoop and add and wait for it to boil again. The last step is to squeeze the lime juice in. Then taste and adjust the taste as desired. When the taste is as desired, turn off the stove. Decorate with lime leaves and coriander leaves for more fragrance. Finished, scoop into a bowl. Then I took a picture to show my lunch menu today.

It's time to bathe my mother. Take a bath, dress up and do physical therapy like every day. Today, my husband and youngest daughter are the ones doing physical therapy for my mother.

Today, each parrot looks very happy. It's probably because the weather is not hot. They will be very happy if I go into the cage and stay with them for a long time. They often come to stay on me all the time, especially the orange one Sun Conure🦜
They will kiss me all the time.

Cooking rice, doing laundry. Today, I leave the house sweeping and mopping to my daughter. When school is closed, I usually train my daughter to do housework. Recently, I'm thinking of taking her to exercise for her.
