It's time to exercise. Today I woke up at 5:00 a.m. to prepare myself to exercise on the concrete road in the village as usual.
This morning the weather is very good. I walked in the dark because the sky was not clear yet to the concrete road. When I arrived at the concrete road, I stopped by a white house to get some dog food. Then I ran to exercise by opening the app to set the measurement. Today, the sky was covered in darkness. There was only a street lamp for light. When I ran to exercise, I kept going until 5:55 a.m. The sky gradually brightened. I kept running as I said. I ran in a circle from the concrete road in the village to the area behind the temple in the village and ran back to the footpath along the Trang River Canal. I ran until the end of the path. Then I ran back on the concrete road in the village. I ran in a circle like this for about 3 rounds.
While running, I took photos and videos. When I came to write this article, I looked at the pictures and saw myself in the picture. My face was red and sweaty all over my face.
I tried to control my running and breathing during this exercise to train my endurance.
6:30 a.m. rang again, signaling me to be determined to exercise because time was moving forward. I am determined to run to the number of runs I have set. Today, the atmosphere in this area is quiet. No neighbors come to exercise. There is only the wind and the river in this area.
I am even poorer. It is time to buy breakfast for my daughter to eat at school.

Coffee shop in the village

I headed to jog until I reached the coffee shop. Today I ordered something to take home, 4 bags of rice soup and 1 glass of iced green tea, 3 bags of grilled sticky rice, 3 skewers of grilled pork, and 1 bag of Thai dessert, which was sticky rice with egg. I didn't have to wait long. Then the order was finished. I headed home.

Atmosphere along the way

Along the way, like every day now, I fed the dogs.
The atmosphere was cool and the sky was full of colorful clouds because it had been raining in my village many times a day recently. This made the area moist. It was the time when the sun was about to rise into the sky, making this area suitable for morning exercise. I walked until I reached the white house. Then I put the food down and took the flashlight back to the garden house along the way. I stopped to bring breakfast to my nephew.
Then I walked back to the garden house.

Baan Suan

When I arrived at the garden house, I started to check on my mother-in-law. Today, my mother was still asleep. I went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for everyone in the family. I started by making coffee and preparing food. I put the snacks I bought on a plate, made milk for my mother-in-law, and put the rice porridge I bought in a bowl for my mother-in-law.

When I finished preparing the food, I served it to my daughter and husband to eat on the table in front of the house balcony.

When my mother woke up, I fed her breakfast. When I was done, I let her rest. Then I had breakfast today. My menu was grilled sticky rice with a cup of coffee. It didn't take long to eat breakfast.

Prepare lunch

I opened the refrigerator to take out the ingredients to prepare lunch. I made a simple stir-fried dish today.

Yesterday, I went out to buy animal feed, so I stopped by the fresh market and bought some vegetables to put in the refrigerator.
Today, I stir-fried pork with spring onions. The weather is unstable these days, so I have to eat this kind of food often. I thought, let's go see the ingredients together.

Ingredients and Ingredients

• 150 grams of pork
• 1 bunch of spring onions, weighing 350 grams
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of oil for stir-frying

Seasoning

• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder
• 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon of green cap sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
• Black pepper to taste

Preparation steps

• Wash the pork and cut it into thin slices and set aside.

• Cut the spring onions into sections and wash them in salt water with 1 tablespoon of salt in the water.
Then wash them clean and wash them in plain water for another 1-2 times and set aside in a colander to drain.

• Peel the garlic and wash them in clean water. Then chop them until they are broken or finely chopped and set aside.

• Measure the seasonings according to the recipe. Prepare them so that they are ready when cooking and will be more convenient and faster.

Method

Start by placing the container on the stove and then turn on the stove. Add oil and use medium heat. First, add garlic and stir-fry until the garlic turns yellow and fragrant. Then add pork and stir-fry until the pork is cooked. When the pork is cooked, add the spring onions. Then add the seasonings, sugar, fish sauce, seasoning powder, oyster sauce and black pepper. Then increase the heat a bit. Use a spatula to stir-fry until everything is cooked. Then taste it as desired. If you follow my recipe and think it's delicious, you can turn off the stove. Then put the stir-fried pork and spring onion menu in a bowl or on a plate. Take a picture and you're done. This menu is easy to make but beneficial. Stir-fried pork and spring onion menu, eaten with sour curry with pork and banana stem. The reason I changed this menu is because I already have spicy curry. Yesterday evening, I made banana stem curry with pork or pork and banana stem, which is sour curry. Today, I'm stir-frying it as a single-dish meal. It's easy to make.

Taking care of mother-in-law

When I finished, my husband came back from dropping off his daughter at school. My husband and I took my mother to take a bath and get dressed, and let my mother rest. As for physical therapy every day, my husband was the one who did physical therapy for my mother.

Preparing food for the parrot and sugar tortoise

Today, I prepared food for the parrot, 13 types of grains and liquid food as usual. Special, there were green beans, Chinese cabbage, and a little more rice. As for the food for the sugar tortoise, today I ordered new food.

I want him to try new food because I can observe which brand of food my sugar tortoise likes. Since I started raising him, I still don't know what kind of food my sugar tortoise likes. I take care of them by giving them both vegetables, fruits, and ready-made food.

Gardening

After my children finished, I went to the garden. Today, I trimmed the flowers and ornamental plants that I planted to make them more beautiful. I decorated the garden and watered the plants.

Even if it rains or shines, I have to water the plants every day because there are often small ants living in front of my house, so I have to water them to drive them out of the area in front of my house. Because I raise Sulcata tortoises in this area, I am afraid that they will bite my Sulcata tortoises. Today, I have to stop exercising and living my life before noon.
