It's time to exercise before dawn. The weather is very good today. As I got up to prepare myself to exercise, the moon was very beautiful. I stood in front of the balcony of the house on the 2nd floor, watching the moon, admiring its beauty as it was approaching dawn.
Then I went to prepare to exercise on the concrete road in the village.
The first light began to shine on the horizon with a quiet atmosphere and a new day was about to begin. I woke up with a feeling of freshness. The air this morning was very good and bright, making my body feel refreshed. I knew it was time to start a new day by exercising.
Before I did anything, I walked out to the balcony of the second floor. The moon was large among the clouds, shining in the sky. I stood still for a moment, immersing myself in the beauty of the moon as it approached dawn. This silence and amazing beauty made my mind very calm and relaxed.
After that, I went back into the house to prepare for exercise. I put on sneakers and comfortable clothes and walked out of the garden house to the concrete road in the village. At 5:55 a.m., the first light of the new day began to shine down. The road that was quiet last night began to come alive again. People started to do some activities, some walked, some ran, some rode bicycles. I felt very happy when I saw people in the village taking care of their health.
I exercised by walking quickly to warm up my body, then started jogging along the road. I took a deep breath, feeling the energy flowing through my body. On both sides of the road this morning, there were birds singing in the area. The wind was cool, the soft sunlight started to come out, making me feel warm and getting hotter, helping to increase my body's metabolism. And as I kept running, I noticed things around me, trees, flowers along the road.
Exercising this morning made me feel very good, both physically and mentally.

I kept running along the concrete road, passing by lovely houses and gardens filled with colorful flowers. I took a deep breath, inhaled and exhaled, feeling the energy flowing through my body. When I arrived at the village coffee shop today, I brought breakfast for my daughter and grandson. Then I sat down to eat breakfast there. Today I had hot Thai tea and hot coffee for my husband. We sat down to eat breakfast there. When we were done, we ordered the bill, scanned the bill, paid, and went home.

Happiness along the way, sharing, feeding dogs on the side of the road, I can brush off their happiness.
When I got to my grandson I brought breakfast for my grandson, then walked back to the garden house.

When I got to the garden house, the first thing I did today was to go see my mother-in-law and prepare breakfast for my daughter and mother-in-law. So I brought breakfast for my daughter and fed my mother-in-law breakfast.

I turned on the water to water the plants and cut the sweet vegetable branches so that the sweet vegetable would grow new young branches and shoots.

Today's food for parrots: bananas, rice and Chinese cabbage, 13 types of grains, and liquid food for parrots.

Today I took the baby birds out of the nest and then showed them to my husband. There were 5 baby birds, a Sun Conure and a Green Cheek, all with very different colors.
Their mothers were very protective of them. I almost got pecked by the mother because they were protective of their babies and didn't want humans like me to catch them.
When I admired their beauty, I took pictures and videos and sent them to my daughter to see the birds. When I was done, I took the baby birds back to their original nest.
