The dawn of starting with taking care of your health. The alarm clock rang at 5:00 a.m. The sky was still covered in darkness. I got out of bed with energy. Today is another day that I intend to start taking care of my health. Before going out for a run, I started by doing a light warm-up at home. Warming up is important for me because it helps prepare muscles and joints, reduces the risk of injury, and increases exercise efficiency. I started by rotating my shoulders, rotating my arms, twisting my torso, and stretching for about 20 minutes. When my body started to warm up, I walked from the garden house to the concrete road.
When I reached the concrete road, I started running on the concrete road in the village. The morning atmosphere was quiet, the air was cool, and the sky was starting to open. The first light of the day gradually shone down. I ran along the road, breathing in and out, letting my mind wander with the scenery around me.
Along the way, I met a neighbor who was also out for a walk. I greeted him and talked a little. I am very happy to see people in the morning starting to take an interest in taking care of their health by exercising.
After running for about 55 minutes, it was time to go back to the garden house. Be careful of the way and bring food for the dog. Today, the coffee shop in the village was closed, so I came back to make breakfast at home. I then returned to the garden house and cooled down my body by stretching again. Cool down helps reduce muscle tension and prevents soreness.
After finishing exercising, I went into my mother's room. My mother-in-law was still asleep. Today, it should be earlier than usual. Then I chose to go out to collect eggs in the garden. When I got there, I saw a mother duck sleeping in a nest. So I walked back into the house and went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for my mother-in-law. Boil rice porridge with eggs and a glass of warm milk for my mother-in-law and a glass of plain water.

Prepare food for pets, chickens, ducks, geese, parrots, sulcata tortoises, and cats

Start by bringing

Prepare food for each type of animal, both fruits and dried food. I recommend feeding the food to the parrots and soak the Sulcata tortoises in warm water for 15 minutes. When the time is up, take the Sulcata stove and let them walk around.

Go back to your mother-in-law's room again. Your mother is awake and feeds her breakfast. Then, let one of your mother-in-laws wait for her to digest her food for about 15 or 20 minutes.

Do housework

While waiting for your mother-in-law, I walked to the back of the house to do the housework, which is washing the dishes and doing the laundry. When the dishes are done, I let the machine wash the clothes. Then I went back to my mother-in-law's room and took my mother-in-law to take a shower, get dressed, and finish her physical therapy.

Healthy drinks

Today's time for me is not drinking coffee. I'm drinking a health drink, which is a smoothie with pineapple, butterfly pea flowers, and organic pineapples that I grew myself. Now they're ripe, so I went to pick them in the front garden to make a smoothie.
Make a smoothie without adding sugar, using only pink salt. The taste is delicious.
It's time to send my daughter to school.
Exercising in the morning is like recharging my body and mind to be focused. And I will try to maintain the discipline of exercising regularly.
