It's time to exercise by taking care of our health. It's good for ourselves.
I got up from bed and got ready to exercise this morning. I fed the pets at home, the cats and chickens. Then I started to warm up on the ground floor of the house by playing some upbeat music and then doing aerobics on YouTube. When everything was done, my husband and I started to leave the garden house and walk along the natural path because it was dark at this time. The moon wasn't full at this time, so the sky was dark. I used a flashlight to help increase the light while traveling. When I reached the concrete road, I picked up my husband on the road. He stopped by the white house to get some dog food. Then we started to warm up by walking for about 100 meters. It was time to jog. I started jogging at a speed at intervals. Today, I'll try to test myself by running at a speed at intervals. If I feel tired, I'll slow down. I ran for about 300 meters by running at a speed. It's tiring if I run at
Full speed Then I jogged for a while until I was no longer tired. It took some time, but I didn't stop running. While I was running a lot, I talked to my husband about our bodies. While exercising, yes, my friends, running fast works because it makes our bodies sweat quite a lot. The faster we run, the more our bodies adapt and sweat a lot.
I think this works very well for me, even though I get tired sometimes. While jogging for exercise at times
I ran around to my destination behind the temple in the village. Then I ran back to the concrete road. When I reached the three-way intersection on the sidewalk along the Trang River Canal Road, I was jogging at that time. I saw only black and brown lights and shadows of trees. The sky was still dark.
When I ran back to the concrete road in the village, time was passing by. It was almost 6:00 a.m. and the sky was getting brighter. At that time, I decided to take pictures and videos of the Trang River Canal Road. So I took pictures and videos of that area. While I was taking pictures and videos, the neighbor's dogs in that area were barking. When I heard those dogs, I thought there must be many of them because I had never seen the neighbor's dogs. The appearance of the dog. Because the house of this neighbor has a fenced area, they keep dogs in the area of ​​the house, so they can't come out. I think it must have heard me running and barked. Suddenly, I saw the dog running out onto the road, which means it might be guarding its territory. So I put the food piled up nearby.
I think those dogs will come to eat the food that I put out. One day, they might see me as friendly. It's possible.
When the sky gradually brightened enough to take pictures and see things clearly, in the area where I exercised along the Trang River canal
Today I noticed a white tent and equipment like there was some kind of event in this area. So I talked to my husband and he said that the activity that our daughter joined today was in this area. Today, the school will take the children to plant trees and do activities related to the Kok Nong Na Model project. Our daughter went to school to do the activity today.
When I stopped taking pictures in this area, I started jogging again.
I stopped running again to take pictures of the trees at this point, which is a 3-way intersection. There is a banyan tree in this area. When I jog every morning, I like the atmosphere in this area the most. When I take pictures, the pictures come out beautiful and natural. The colors of the clouds and trees are beautiful and natural. Especially in this area, the air is very good every morning.
When I finished taking pictures at my favorite angle, I jogged to the concrete road to reach my destination behind the temple in the village. Along the way, I fed the dogs.
Then I ran back on the concrete road until I reached the white house. Then I turned down and headed towards the natural path. The destination is the garden house. Today, my daughter had to do an activity at school. The school bus picked her up and took her to join the activity at Village points about the Kok Nong Na project

Baan Suan

When I arrived at Baan Suan, I rushed upstairs to uncover the parrot and iron my daughter's clothes. Today, she wore her PE uniform to school to do activities, but I got lost because I thought she was wearing a school uniform. So I hurriedly hung all the school uniforms in the closet. As for the sports uniform, I think I'll wear it again when the semester starts. I have to hurry to start doing housework at Baan Suan or my daughter will be late for school. When I finished the sports uniform, I went back downstairs to make breakfast for my daughter, husband, and mother-in-law.

Prepare breakfast

Prepare breakfast by grinding coffee beans. Then make coffee and make breakfast today, bacon and fried eggs with bread, one plate for my daughter and husband. As for the fruit salad, it's watermelon. Then I prepare food for my mother-in-law. Today's menu is her mother-in-law.
Rice porridge The ingredients for rice porridge in my mother's menu are chicken, carrots, Chinese cabbage, and eggs. Boil everything and then season with pink salt.

When everything is cooked, set aside to cool down. Then put it in a smoothie blender and grind it until smooth. When everything is smooth, turn off the smoothie. Then take the mother-in-law's food, divide it into 3 parts: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Prepare breakfast to feed the mother-in-law breakfast. As for lunch and dinner, put them in the refrigerator. When you want to feed her, heat up these foods again. Then prepare another glass of milk for the mother-in-law and another glass of warm water. Wait for everything to cool down and then come back to feed the mother-in-law together.

Do housework

Turn on the water to water the plants and arrange the garden in front of the house a bit. Today, the garden in front of the house is a flower garden and ornamental plants, including the vegetables that I planted. It seems that they have grown so much that it looks messy, so I have to cut and decorate it for my own convenience. I can only decorate some parts of the garden because there is not enough time to organize my flower garden this morning as I want and water the plants around the house.

Prepare food for pets

Today, parrot food, 13 types of grains, bananas, watermelon, cooked rice, liquid food for birds and various vegetables from the garden. Food for the Sulcata tortoise, pellets, must be soaked in water to expand and then fed to the tortoise.
Back to the parrots again. Today, my parrots have brought out 1-2 babies. They are training their babies to fly. They are very territorial. Today, I will not disturb them because they will be stressed from raising their babies.

Feeding my mother-in-law Back to my mother-in-law. I fed my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law ate more than yesterday for this meal. When I was done, I took my mother-in-law to take a shower. My husband and I helped each other take a shower because we had to lift them up and down from the stroller onto the bed. We had to help each other.
Taking care of parents is a good example for children. Done.
It's time to write an article. Let's talk about my exercise and lifestyle. Today, I chose to write an article on the pavilion by the water so that I could wash clothes and write an article while the washing machine was running. I also wrote an article while washing clothes. Everything is valuable, especially time. It's the most valuable.
