It's time to exercise and with good health care
I got out of bed and got ready for exercise this morning
I fed my pets at home
Then I started warming up on the ground floor of the house by playing some fun and exciting music and exercising
I started leaving the garden house and walked along the nature path. When I reached the concrete road, I stopped by the white house to get some dog food. Then we started warming up by running lightly. I started to increase my speed from time to time. Today I will try to test myself by running at a fast speed again. It makes my body sweat a lot. The faster I run, the more my body adjusts to the heat and sweats a lot.
I think this method works very well for me, even though I feel tired sometimes.
I ran around the destination behind the temple in the village and ran back to the concrete road. When I reached the three-way intersection on the footpath along the Trang River Canal, I ran back to the concrete road in the village. Time passed quickly. This morning, the sky was sunny, making my body warm up. After running for a while, I decided to take pictures and videos on the road along the Trang River Canal. So I took pictures and videos in that area.

Today, I noticed that the water level in the canal has decreased quite a bit.
So I stopped running and took a picture of the trees. At this point, which is a three-way intersection, there is a banyan tree here. When I jog every morning, I like the atmosphere here the most. When I take pictures, they come out beautiful.
It looks natural. The colors of the blue clouds and the trees are naturally beautiful. Especially in this area, the air is good every morning. After taking pictures of my favorite angles, I jogged along the concrete road to my destination behind the temple in the village. Along the way, I fed the dogs.
Then I ran back along the concrete road until I reached the white house, turned around and headed towards the nature path. My destination is the garden house. Today, I have to go to work in construction. In front of the temple, it is on the road. I am going to open a coffee shop in that area. It may take 1 to 3 years to build soon. I think I will continue to do it with my husband to build the shop to reduce expenses.

When I arrived at the garden house, I quickly ran upstairs to uncover the parrot cage and went back down to make breakfast for my husband and mother-in-law.

Prepare breakfast

Prepare breakfast by grinding coffee beans, then brewing coffee and making breakfast today. Then prepare food for your mother-in-law. Today's menu is your mother-in-law's menu.
Rice porridge
The ingredients of rice porridge in your mother-in-law's menu are chicken, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and eggs. Boil everything until cooked. Then season with pink salt. When everything is cooked, set aside to cool. Then put it in your mother's smoothie blender and blend until smooth. Turn off the smoothie blender. Then divide your mother-in-law's food into 3 parts: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Then prepare another glass of milk for your mother and another glass of warm water. Wait for everything to cool down, then come back to feed your mother together.

Do housework

Turn on the water to water the plants around the house.

Prepare pet food

Today, parrot food, 13 types of grains, bananas, watermelon, cooked rice, liquid food for birds, and vegetables from the garden. Sulcata tortoise food in pellets must be soaked in water to expand for the tortoise to eat.
Back to parrots. Today, I gave birth to 5 baby parrots. I'm training the cute baby birds to fly.
