Good morning, everyone. 🙏🏃‍♀️

It's time to exercise.
This morning, the weather is very cool and comfortable because it rained quite heavily last night. This is the reason why this morning and the weather is cool and refreshing. I started warming up from the garden house. It took about 40 minutes to warm up. It was some aerobics, using fast music to help exercise and warm up.
If I have enough time, I started walking from the garden house to exercise on the concrete road in the village.

Run for exercise

I started walking from the natural path from the garden house to the concrete road. Today, the atmosphere of dew on both sides of the road made the sneakers I was wearing soaked with dew. When I reached the concrete road, I started running. Of course, I warmed up from the garden house. When I reached the road, I ran with determination and determination until I reached the area behind the temple in the village and then ran back on the concrete road. Today, the air around me was quite humid, it seemed like there were clouds and fog. Today's clouds were quite thick, like the atmosphere was entering winter.
I like this atmosphere because it's not hot, the atmosphere is cool and comfortable.
I ran for exercise and noticed that the 2nd floor was full of branches, grass, and leaves that were piled up. There must be a strong wind during the rainy season.
Today I did not miss bringing dog food with me. I fed the dogs, like every day.

Along the road along the Trang River Canal

Today I ran in this area and saw the progress of the development. The other side of the Trang River canal has been developed more today. Today, there are ten-wheel trucks loaded with soil to make a sidewalk like the side where I am exercising. In the future, this area will be more beautiful.

When I finished exercising, I headed back to my garden house.

Baan Suan (Prepare breakfast)

When I arrived at the area of ​​the garden, before entering the house, I walked to the edge of the pond. It seemed that there was something white and round like a duck egg. When I got there, it was a duck egg. So I picked up the eggs and brought them back to the garden house. Then I started preparing breakfast and making coffee for me and my husband.
Then I prepared food for my mother today, which was rice porridge. The ingredients were chicken, eggs, bottle gourd, and Chinese cabbage.
The seasoning was pink salt. Then I cooked everything and blended it until it was fine. When it was done, I divided it into 3 parts and waited for the rice porridge to cool down. Then I went back to feed my mother.
Before the rice porridge cooled down, I made milk for my mother and fed it to her to fill her stomach first. Then I let my mother rest.

Prepare lunch

Today, I will prepare lunch. Today, my lunch menu is easy, which is mango chili paste and another menu is stir-fried golden needle mushrooms with eggs eaten with chili paste. It goes very well together. It didn't take long to make these 2 menus.

Prepare food for pets

Make liquid food for parrots and prepare vegetables, fruits, and grains for parrots. Then prepare food for the Sulcata tortoise. Along with vegetables and fruits as well

Take a bath for mom

Then take a bath for mom, make the bed, take a bath, get dressed

Do physical therapy, then feed mom breakfast

Do housework

Cook rice, wash dishes, wash clothes, sweep the floor and mop the floor
Today, I spent time exercising and doing the duties that I had to be responsible for this morning. That's all for now. Exercising is a good thing. I'd like to encourage all my friends who are about to start exercising.
