Warming up
It's time to exercise. Let's start with warming up at home. Today I woke up very early. I woke up at 4:30. I woke up and got up right away. I was too lazy to sleep. Then I turned on my phone, opened the exercise app, and turned on some fast, exciting music to help me exercise.
I exercised on the balcony of my house and my cat came to sit with me while I was exercising. I ran and exercised. My cat walked around.
But if I did push-ups, squats, planks, my cat would come and circle around me. It's far away. It's loud. You think I'm playing with it. If I do these exercises, I sweat quite a lot this morning. I thought I had stretched and prepared myself before exercising. But with time left this morning, I walked downstairs to do some housework first before going out to run on the concrete road.
Doing housework
Starting with sweeping inside the house, there were insects all over the kitchen floor and the front room. These insects came with the rain because it rained heavily last night.
But they died of cancer, so I swept them into a dustpan and then took them to the fish pond to feed the fish. Become an automatic ecosystem Then mop the house, cook rice
Run for exercise
When it's time, when the sky is bright, I quickly start to exercise again. I head from the garden house to the concrete road
with 1 bag of dog food. When I reach the district road, I start running at a moderate speed. And don't miss using the App to help control my running. When I ran for a while, I felt that my body had changed. That is, I felt a little stomachache. And felt tight between the waist So I remembered that it must be that time of the month So I ran for exercise for about 2 more rounds. Called in the latter period, it started to hurt in the thighs. It felt tight. It's like this. It's like every past month. It's normal for women like me. I don't know if my friends are like me. Aches and pains in the body
When it's that time of the month
I opened the App to see the numbers running on my phone. So I decided to go back to the garden house. To find medicine to relieve the pain
Garden house
The first thing I did when I arrived at the garden house, I rushed to the bathroom. And find 1 piece of bread to eat Then take painkillers as usual
Rest for about 10 minutes. When the medicine takes effect, the pain will gradually fade away. Then I go into the kitchen to make breakfast for my mother. Today, my mother's breakfast is rice porridge, steamed rice, chicken, eggs, and morning glory.
Boil everything until cooked, then put it in a blender and wait for it to cool down. Then divide it into 3 parts:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Breakfast Coffee
Prepare breakfast for my husband. For me, today, it's a cappuccino and a mocha for each person. My husband eats it with peanut butter bread. Then I sit and rest for a while and sit and drink coffee on the balcony of the house, the two of us, my husband.
Gardening
Watering the plants in front of the house Even though it rained last night, there are problems every day. Today's problem is that there are small ants walking around the front of my house, so I have to use water to drive them out of the area around the house because I'm afraid that these ants will enter the house.
Go back to the kitchen again, feed my mother breakfast, then let her rest for 10-15 minutes before taking her to take a shower.
Then go on an adventure like every day. Collect duck eggs and chicken eggs around the garden house. Today, I got many eggs. I put the eggs in a bag to sell. 10 eggs for 50 baht, both duck eggs and chicken eggs. Organic eggs Happy eggs
Prepare food for pets
Prepare food for parrots. Today, there is papaya that a neighbor gave me while I was jogging. 13 types of grains, cooked rice and liquid food for parrots. The food garden of the Sulcata tortoise is similar. The only difference is the food for the turtle. The vegetables and fruits are similar to those of the parrots.
And clean the bird cage like every day, including cleaning the turtle cage.
Back to my mom again, take my mom to take a bath, get dressed and do physical therapy, then let my mom rest. This is my duty every day in the morning. Just divide the time correctly and everything will go well.
Prepare lunch
Today I have to go to work in construction by myself and my husband, so I have to prepare lunch before going out to reduce costs and expenses in the house. Today I made a simple menu, which is stir-fried chicken with red curry paste.
As for the clear soup, it is stir-fried chicken with cabbage, onions and eggs.
When it's done, I prepare to write an article about our exercise and responsibilities in the morning today.
