Exercise
Prepare for exercise every morning after waking up every morning before dawn at around 4:00-5:00 am. Every morning now, I get up regularly at this time. I start exercising on the balcony of my house, on the pavilion by the pond. I exercise using the App to help me start by playing music, a good rhythm for aerobics dancing this morning. I exercised for a while, then I opened the App to see. At that time, I remember correctly that the number in the app ran 2,000 at around 5 o'clock at that time. Then I heard a sound in the kitchen like a plate fell or something broke, so I stopped exercising and ran to look in the kitchen. In conclusion, the cat dropped the plate, so I cleaned it up and returned to exercise until around 6:00 am. I started exercising. The sky started to get bright.
So I walked out of the house to exercise at the same place on the concrete road in the village, on the canal road by the Trang River. Today, I intend to exercise a lot because I will tense my arms and thighs while running. And I hope that my size will be smaller. I believe that and will continue to do it. My body when running
and tense muscles Alternating with swinging your arms more vigorously and taking long steps, your stomach will tense while running, feeling tired and sore in the areas that we intend to reduce a lot.
Exercise like every day from before dawn until dawn.

Then I stopped by another white house on the roadside to water the plants around the house and clean the front of the house. When I was done, I walked back to the garden house.
Breakfast
Today's breakfast is 1 cup of coffee with bread. When I finished breakfast, I made a menu for my mother. Today's menu is pork congee with eggs and morning glory. I fed her, bathed her, and dressed her.
Then I went to feed 8 parrots on the 2nd floor of the house and went down to water the plants, clean the house, cook rice, wash dishes, do laundry, and water the plants around the house. When I was done, I wrote an article, told stories about exercising and daily exercise.
But the unexpected happened.
That was my phone. A few days ago, I fell on the road while exercising. My phone hit the cement floor, causing the phone screen to crack. But it still works. And I've been using it all the time. The phone's problem has been there since yesterday. The screen is purple, pink and has layers of colors on the phone screen. I was very worried about writing an article because I was afraid that I would not be able to write an article. But then it really happened. That day came this morning when I opened the exercise app. I usually leave it open and exercise or do housework or gardening as usual. When I was done, I took the phone to open it again. The numbers and my exercise were pushed. But the unexpected happened. My phone had a broken screen. I could not see the app that I controlled in my exercise. And the phone could not see anything. So I went to open it with the computer. In conclusion, my app had already exited the app. It was probably because the broken screen made me touch or press the exit button. The chaos happened. So I took my husband's phone to open the app and exercised a little more. Which was something unexpected and I was very sorry for my intention. So I exercised a little more and it was time to write an article. So I wrote an article. Solve the problem of using my husband's phone first. I want to buy a new one during this time, but during this time, I have coins. Today, I will solve the immediate problem.
