The moon is very bright.
There is a supermoon phenomenon, making the moon appear larger and brighter than usual. It is very beautiful, my friends. The full moon reminds me of the time when I was in Surat Thani Province, "Koh Phangan" District. When the full moon comes, tourists from all over the world will come to the full moon party, see the beautiful moon, recharge their energy, and give themselves happiness. The front porch of the house is finished. Okay, time 5:30 minutes, prepare the body by warming up before going out, jogging along the Trang River, public park, warm up 15 minutes before going out, then I jog from the garden house to the concrete road, before dawn this morning, the weather is very good, cool, the sky is bright, not like yesterday, today the sky is bright because the moon still gives light, on the quiet concrete road, only me and my husband come to jog. I use the area on the concrete road to run, exercise with a distance back and forth, many rounds every day until the dogs in that area start to get used to me, they don't bark and make noise for me to hear. When running on the concrete road, I go to run on the footpath by the river, the atmosphere is different, the wind blows along the river is cooler than on the concrete road. There are no big trees by the river, so the wind blows well.
6:00 AM My watch rang, signaling me that it was already 6:00 AM. She had to hurry up because her daughter had to go to school. So I hurried to pick up my pace to keep up with the time. Along the way, I met 2-3 new neighbors, an old lady and her mother who were walking to exercise on the sidewalk by the river. I talked to her. She said that she started exercising together, doing standing exercises, lifting her legs, shoulders, and waists. She had seen me and my husband running for many days. She said that she shouldn't exercise, so she came out to walk. When she got stronger, she would gradually start running. She said that she was afraid and didn't dare to exercise alone. I didn't know what she was afraid of. So I told her that I would exercise from 5:30 AM until 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. I also asked her to come exercise with me so that I would have a friend to exercise with. She said okay, smiling and cheerful. After greeting each other, I hurried to run to make up for the time again. I opened my phone to look at the App that I use to control my running again because I set a goal for myself every day to exercise 10,000 ⬆️ It turned out that today, it was probably because I stopped talking, so the time and the graph that I set were off, so I had to hurry to exercise by running. If you compare it to 4 × 100, run at high speed around the school and the temple. Many laps around that area. The road along the road is also suitable for exercise. Let me tell you about my past when I was a child in primary school at a temple school. I used to be an athlete. I was a school runner. The school sent me to compete in the 4x100 and 800-meter and 1,500-meter races. I never won first place, but I did win second place. There are still many memories of running. It's a funny story from when I was a child. I ran 1,500 meters and then I fainted because it was very hot. The race was at noon. I ran only 800-900 meters and fainted before reaching the finish line. That was a memorable experience that I had to use to improve and train my body to be stronger. And finally, I got second place in the next competition. Perseverance and effort can overcome everything, especially defeating yourself. Defeat your own mind.
6:30 am I feel pain in my body. The painful area is my abdomen. I remember that today is an important day for me. I quickly stop everything and walk to the village shop to buy the necessary items for me this month. I come back with breakfast and alms and breakfast for my aunt. Today I bought 1 kilogram of dog food from the village shop to give to the dogs on the roadside and the dogs in the temple area in the village. I gave it to them the last time and the first time that day about 3-4 days if I remember correctly. From that day until today, they barked at me very loudly. I run to exercise in this area every day. Now we have become friends. When they see me and my husband running to exercise, they will run over but at a distance and wiggle their tails as if they know each other very well. So I make them closer than before. I will buy food for them to eat this morning. My husband is the one who puts the food in the spot and we keep a distance because we are afraid that they will bite each other. Some dogs are territorial. I observe their behavior when my husband feeds them. There is one example that says they are territorial. They will run to sniff every pile of food that my husband has piled up. Showing that it is the owner of those foods, I think it is not funny to me, but it is a dog. I want them to share their food. My husband and I discussed that we feed the dogs with a reasonable distance because while this dog is eating, how many dogs will run to the dog that is eating? The dog that is eating can finish eating first before the local dog arrives. We also planned. Oh, I have a headache with the dog. But it is very strange because the local dog runs to sniff every pile of food and everyone is afraid of the local dog. And no dog dares to eat the food that is piled up. The distance is quite far. Next time, we will solve the problem by feeding more space. When I reached the three-way intersection at the entrance to the village, I arrived at my aunt's house. I brought the breakfast I bought to give to my aunt. In my hand, I held the food I bought to offer to the monks, which were Thai desserts and a box of rice. I looked at the road as far as my eyes could see, waiting for the monks, but I didn't see any. Today, I might have come back too late, so I didn't see any monks. It's okay. I intended to make merit by giving alms, but I didn't see any monks, so I brought the desserts and box of rice to give to the neighbors in that area. Then I ran back to the garden house. Along the way, there were many dogs on the side of the road, many spots. My husband and I fed them at certain spots, and I hoped that every dog ​​would get the food that my husband and I had piled up for them. I opened the phone app again to check the progress of my exercise today. The progress was quite slow because on the way back, I walked and ran, but I had a stomachache, so I walked more than I ran. Normally, my goal is on the concrete road every day, but today, the goal was complete at the garden house, about 5 minutes late. When I reached my goal, I arrived at the garden house just in time. As I said, I took a screenshot of my phone, but I still carried my phone to let the app work as usual. When I arrived home, I went into the kitchen. Today was great. My daughter woke up without me calling her. Because last night she set the alarm and promised me that Mom would go exercise while she would shower and get dressed and wait for Mom. When Mom arrived at home, I ate and let her father, "Papa", take her to school. I prepared breakfast for my daughter. Today I bought chicken rice and 2-3 Thai desserts. I forgot the names of some of them. Today I bought Thai desserts that I can remember correctly, which are Khanom Chan, Khanom Kho, Khanom Wun and Khanom Pak Mor. I thought and thought and I remembered them all. I remember them quite well. I sometimes forget some things. Don't get bored of me. While writing, I complain about my own behavior of forgetting very often.
After finishing arranging the dessert, I took a picture and turned on the coffee machine to make coffee for my husband and myself. After drinking coffee, today I forgot again. Normally, I drink coffee in the kitchen. Only rarely do I sit and drink coffee with my husband at the table on the front porch. Today, my husband called me to have breakfast together, so I forgot to make breakfast for my mother. When I remembered, I hurried again. I hurried to make breakfast for my mother and carried the coffee cup to the kitchen because there was half a cup of coffee left. It was fun to live life. Whenever I remember something I forgot, I am shocked every time. I try to be mindful of the present as the Buddha taught. But I tend to be the one who always plans to do this and that. In the end, I forget. Before my mother had breakfast today, my mother's daughter-in-law forgot to cook rice porridge for her. But now it's done. Before I sat down to write this article, I fed my mother milk first and took her to take a bath, get dressed, and wait for the rice to cool down. After writing the post, I will feed my mother. While waiting for my mother's food to cool down, I took care of the food for my beloved pets. When I finished preparing the food, I fed the parrots and finished feeding the Sulcata tortoises. I was still curious and curious about the parrots laying eggs. So I used a light to look at their nests. Today, I laid 1 more egg, making 2 parrot eggs. I was happy to have more members, but I had to wait and see because there were many of them. I read information about raising doves that recommends separating them into pairs, but I tried to separate them, but they didn't go into the nest. They didn't seem to want to be alone or stay together, a male and a female. So I brought them back to live together and raised them naturally. I didn't force them. Today, I saw them having fun and chirping.
After that, I did a little more housework. I washed the dishes, swept the house, watered the plants, and finished this morning's activities. So I find a quiet corner to write an article. The article I write, I often think of the past stories when I went to exercise, the atmosphere of exercising, the environment around me, going to buy breakfast, something like that. And now, my peace is played with the letters that I have to think about and there are also the sounds of nature around me, which are chickens, the sounds of chickens, the sounds of parrots that I raise, and the sound of the wind blowing gently against me, beautiful nature.
