The cat always gives out guns with me. Or maybe it woke up before me, I don't know, but when I opened my eyes, I always saw it every time I came downstairs to warm up. In front of the house, the cat would often come and meow and beg me to come into the kitchen. It would run and wait for me in front of the refrigerator.
Because there is mackerel in the refrigerator, that is its favorite food. Now it has become a princess because it only eats mackerel. As for the various flavors of food that it used to like (before this, when there was another cat, Noname, but now Noname has passed away because it was sick, probably due to old age. Only Uni is left. When Noname was still alive, Uni ate everything without being picky.) Now it doesn't eat much kibble except for liquid food, which is quite picky now. When Uni finishes eating, I noticed that it stretches after it finishes eating mackerel. Haha, it must feel comfortable and full.
At 5:30 am, my husband and I started walking out of the garden house. It was still dark, but it was okay. The path before reaching the house was concrete. I was used to it. Even if it was dark, I could walk.
Today, my heel pain is gone. I can run and exercise normally. But I have to be careful in places with rocks and uneven ground. I usually exercise by walking. There will be some parts between the concrete road and the Trang River. The footpath in that area is not uneven.
The floor between the footpath and the road, along the Trang River canal, is almost finished. During this time, some people in the village have started to exercise by walking, running, and riding bicycles. It is a very good thing. Taking care of our own health, no one can replace us. We have to do it ourselves.
Yesterday, I thought I should change my style. I wanted to listen to music while exercising. I changed to listening to Dhamma along with my exercise. I searched for Dhamma in the TikTok app, searched for Dhamma, but it was only for a short period of time. I had to run and exercise and not let the phone screen go out. If the phone screen went out, the sound would disappear. And I had to stop and turn the phone on again to bring the screen and the sound back on. I felt my own frustration. So I changed my method to open spotify and listen to Dhamma. And in this app, I can listen without the phone screen going out. The sound won't go away.

If you ask whether listening to Dhamma while exercising and listening to music gives a rhythm to running, of course, it's quite different. But it depends on what we value more in exercising by running and listening to fast, exciting music to keep the rhythm of running as I said. It makes each step go down to the rhythm of the music.
Listening to Dhamma and exercising, I think that running does not slow down or exercising continues, but I feel myself that I have turned back to look at my own breath, in and out. Dhamma helps remind me to listen to know, see to know.
Exercising and listening to Dhamma, I feel that my body feels lighter while running.
Enjoying exercise and listening to Dhamma together, I am also friendly with all the dogs in the area where I run and exercise on the village path. Today, their food is almost gone. I think I should go to the market, either today or tomorrow, because I have to go out to buy food and put it in.
At 6:00 am, the villagers started to go to work. Some went to work in the city, some went to work in the rubber plantation. People started to walk on the road. When I exercised, it was time to buy breakfast. I picked up my phone to check the exercise app or if I had set my goal. In conclusion, I reached my goal. My husband and I headed to a coffee shop in the village to buy snacks for my husband's relatives and bought breakfast to eat at home. Today, my daughter's school started, so we had to hurry back to the orchard. Along the way, we fed every dog we saw. Now, when these dogs saw me and my husband, they were happy, wagging their tails, and walking with their hips. It was a lovely sight to meet them. Small happinesses during exercise made us smile all along the way. Today, we gave alms to the monks. Today, my husband gave alms, so I took pictures. After my mother took pictures, I sat and prayed on the side of the road. Then we headed back to the orchard. Along the way, my daughter showed me around. This morning, my daughter called me for no reason. It was because my daughter woke up early.
When I arrived at the garden house, the first thing I saw was Uni. He was waiting for me on the way into the house. He ran ahead and waited for me at the kitchen door so that I could open the door for him and he would go sit in front of the refrigerator. 555 During this time, I have to remember various types of animal food, such as when this food is almost gone and when I have to buy it, such as mackerel, chicken food, bird food, Sulcata tortoise food, and fish food. I also gave Uni another mackerel.
After Meow finished, I went to prepare breakfast for my daughter and husband. Today, my daughter's menu was grilled pork with sticky rice.
My husband's menu was Thai desserts, with coffee and a glass of hot tea.
As for my menu, it was coffee with grilled sticky rice.
Then, I made breakfast for my mother. Today, there was pork congee and egg congee, and a glass of milk for my mother. Breakfast and lunch Before my mother finished eating, I waited for her to digest for about 15-20 minutes. I went to water the plants and arrange the trees in front of the house and on the side of the house.
Even though it is the dry season, the weather in my garden is not hot because I open the shop for several hours a day. To make the air in the garden cool and comfortable, my husband connected the water upstairs, which is the 2nd floor, to the bird cage so that the birds can play in the water and have fun. The water falls downstairs. Another water pipe is connected to the roof, making the garden cool and comfortable all day long. In addition to making a waterfall to ventilate the house to make it look fresh, I often water the plants around the house. Every morning, I leave the water running to ventilate the house. I invite myself to go back to the kitchen to prepare food for the parrots and the sulcata tortoises. Before giving food to the parrots and the sulcata tortoises, to save time, I put the clothes in the washing machine and wash them.
Back in the kitchen, I cooked rice and took my mother to take a bath. Today, I also cut my mother's hair to make it easy to take care of and clean. After bathing my mother, I let my mother do physical therapy. My husband and I help like this every day. Lift her arms and legs. It takes about 15-20 minutes every day.
Finished, let mom rest like every day. Continue by feeding the parrots. Since some parrots are starting to lay eggs, I feed them liquid food like every day, but today is special, mixed with oil for birds and 3 vitamins to help nourish the parrots. After feeding the parrots and cleaning the bird cage, go back downstairs of the house, then take the Sulcata stove to take a bath
and soak in water for 10 minutes. In the meantime, clean the floor where the Sulcata tortoises are kept to prevent ants or insects in this area. And bring food for the Sulcata tortoises to eat and let them run around in this area in their area.
It's time to rest the water pump motor. I turn off the water pump switch, let the machine rest first, then I go wash the clothes.
Now it's about 10:34 a.m. It's time to sit down and write an article. This is my story. Today, be careful to exercise and do your duties according to cause and effect.
