Hello, all my lovely friends
Before dawn before leaving the house
Last night, I brought my orange parrot, a Sun Conure, to sleep in the room because this is the egg-laying season for parrots. I don't know if this orange Sun Conure is female or male, but the parrot is depressed, so I'm worried. I brought the parrot to be close to me to observe its symptoms. Now I give it medicine and bird food and let it rest. When it's time to exercise, I will take the parrot that slept with me and put it in a small cage on the bed. Then I go out to exercise at the same place on the village road, along the Trang River footpath. Today, I am very determined to exercise because I tense my arms and thighs while I run. And I hope that my body size will be smaller. I believe that and I will do it.
My body when I run
And tense my muscles, alternating with swinging my arms harder and lifting my legs while running and taking long strides. As for my stomach, I clench while running. It feels tired and sore. The area that we intend to reduce a lot
Exercise like every day from the time the sky is not yet bright until the sky is bright and bright.
I head straight to the coffee shop in the village to buy breakfast. Today I bought breakfast to eat at the garden house. Steamed buns, dim sum, rice soup, fried dough sticks, and shrimp sticky rice. I bought them to offer to the monks.
After I finished shopping, I continued to exercise. On the way to the three-way intersection into my village, I met a monk who was about to go on alms round. So I invited him to give alms to him. I carried all the things and let my husband go and give alms to him. I took pictures and sat and prayed on the side of the road. We walked until we reached the three-way intersection. At the house of the monk who was walking, my husband and I ate and gave alms to him again.
Then we stopped at another white house next to the road to water the plants around the house and cleaned the front of the house, sweeping the leaves. When we were done, we walked back to the garden house because our daughter went to school. Today, I was very worried about Kwan's sun conure because I was afraid that the parrot would be sick. It looked like the parrot was depressed, which is unforgettable because normally, this parrot likes to play with me a lot.
I thought that if the parrot did not get better, I would take it to the doctor. The bird was sick, so I had to take it to the pet clinic.
When I arrived, I rushed up to the parrot and brought it downstairs, and fed it to the sun conure.
On Tuesday, I saw something. When I let the parrot go into the basket with a warm cloth, the parrot looked like it had big fluffy feathers and stretched into the cage. It looked like the parrot was acting strangely because the parrot could eat and was good at it, but it seemed like the parrot ate half of it. My husband and I thought of the chickens we raised. When the chickens were going to incubate the eggs,
they had similar symptoms to the parrots. So my husband and I came up with an idea that we should get small wild chicken eggs and try incubating them.
In conclusion, it worked. It was lethargic because it was probably a symptom of the mother bird wanting to incubate the eggs but couldn't because the mother bird and the others wouldn't let it in. So the parrot was sad, I think.
Breakfast
Today's breakfast is fried eggs, fresh from the garden. Before frying the eggs for my husband, I went to look for eggs outside the fence, where ducks and chickens used to lay eggs. Today, I got 9 eggs. My husband will go look for the rest of the eggs again. Lately, I have to go look often because there are many kinds of birds that come to eat these eggs. When I walked back into the house, there was a small frog
clinging to the bag where I had collected the eggs. I was a little shocked and let the frog jump away.
But, I repeat, when the frog jumped, it was pecked by the chicken I raised, using its beak, and then ran away. The frog croaked very loudly, as if it was saying, “Help, help, help.” I, who was in this incident,
The chicken ran with the frog, inviting me to chase the chicken to scare it and want the chicken to release the frog. But in reality, it was not like what I thought because the frog is the chicken’s food. It was a running frog, and I chased it. The sound of falling kept croaking along the way, causing me to have to speed up my pace to chase the chicken. Finally, the chicken was scared, but it still did not release the frog. So I called my husband to help catch the chicken. And then the chicken agreed to release it. Then I chased the chicken and watched the frog to go somewhere else as well.
This incident made me exercise again. Then I went back to the kitchen to make breakfast for everyone in the family.
Fried eggs, made coffee, rice porridge, and ate it with Chinese crullers. For my husband and youngest daughter, I had rice porridge with pork. And I fed my mother, bathed and dressed her.
Then I went to feed the 8 parrots on the 2nd floor of the house and went down to water the plants and clean the house, cook rice, wash dishes, do laundry, and water the plants around the house. When it's done, I sit down and write an article. It will tell about my life from morning until noon and my daily exercise. Today, I have to say goodbye to you guys. See you next time. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you.
Determined and determined, I will make it happen with my daily exercise and weight loss. 🏃♀️❤️✌️
