This morning before dawn, I went to exercise as usual. At 5:30 am, that is my usual time. Now the sky is covered with brown clouds, making the road completely dark. Because I am used to using this route regularly, I can walk nimbly and exercise, running through the natural path in the dark. But the darkness did not last long. Today is the same as usual.
Today, there are neighbors who come to exercise on the road in the village and on the footpath by the Trang River. In addition to running and walking, today there are also neighbors who come to exercise by riding bicycles. Today, it looks quite exciting. And I feel that some groups of people in the village have started to exercise and take care of their health. From having none at all, there are now 1-2 people each day, and new faces and old people who pay for each other. Everyone has come back to take care of themselves by exercising. It's something very good. The small happiness of seeing neighbors enthusiastically exercising, just this much makes me smile with happiness. At around 6:30 AM, I started to see myself more clearly.
So I stopped running and took a picture and thought I would make a video to write an article. When I took the picture of myself, I noticed that in the picture the seam looked like the shirt was on the outside. I zoomed in to make sure what it was. In the picture, my eyes saw in the picture. It told me that I was wearing the wrong shirt. I used my eyes to look back at the shirt without looking at the picture. When I saw it, it became funny to me this morning. There was laughter at that place. Of course, I laughed at myself because I wore the shirt backwards and inside out. I put the seam on the outside. But it's okay.
I went running with my husband so I changed to a new shirt to fit properly in that area because I was wearing 2 layers of exercise clothes. When I finished changing my shirt, I ran to exercise as usual. While running, I talked to my husband because I was in a hurry when I came out to put on the clothes, which were on the wrong side. But it's okay, mistakes can happen. If you make a mistake, you have to fix it. That's what I know or in the present. Then everything will get better. Today I exercised by running all the way. I saw myself and felt clearly that I had stronger legs and my arms were stronger.
Today I ran a long distance and felt that my body was not tired and sweated very slowly. I tried to force myself by watching my breath in and out, not trying to inhale hard or exhale hard, trying to breathe in and out naturally and slowly. As I said before this post, I want to reduce the calf and stomach. In today's running exercise, I tried to run with a tense stomach and tried to run by twisting my body, turning left and right at the waist along the way, making my waist and legs feel very tired. This is because I felt that I tensed that part too much, but it's okay. When I stop exercising, it goes away. Today is like every other day. I try to do everything on time and try to fix everything as much as I can. This is correct. When I look at the time, it is almost 7:00. I have to hurry to exercise. With the limited time I have on my daughter's school day. I ran to the village shop to buy breakfast for my daughter and buy some snacks to give to the monks and relatives as usual. Because while I was exercising, I met a monk on the way. I intended to make merit that today I would be able to give alms to the monks. Today, after buying things, I quickly ran back to make it in time to give alms. When I arrived on the way, I met a monk. Today, I finished giving alms. I would like to make merit for all my friends to be happy, encounter only good things, and do whatever you wish for. Amen. I continued exercising by running back to the garden house quickly because my daughter had to go to school this morning. When I arrived at the garden house, I quickly went up the stairs to the 2nd floor of the house to wake up my daughter. She was still sleeping. Let her get up quickly, take a shower, and get dressed to go to school. In the meantime, I went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast. As usual, the food I bought from the village shop today, I bought fried chicken rice for my daughter with chicken rice sauce. Before serving, I tried the sauce. It tasted delicious. Then I made hot tea for my daughter to eat with a glass of chicken rice and my husband's coffee with roti and egg. After serving, I went back into the kitchen to make a menu for my mother. Today, my mother's menu is chicken congee with eggs and bottle gourd. The color is very appetizing, bright yellow. Boil until soft and then follow the same method, which is to blend it until smooth. Then feed it to my mother and take her to take a shower, get dressed, drink milk, and rest before 9:00 a.m. I went to feed my parrots and prepare water for them to bathe. Cleaned every bird cage. It didn't take me long to clean because I'm a housewife. Haha. Okay, I'm done. I came down to the vegetable garden in front of the house. Today, my vegetables and ornamental flowers that I planted, because it was about to rain and it didn't rain much, the ground wasn't wet, so I watered the plants all around the house, both my flower plants and vegetables and fruit trees. I spent quite a while watering these vegetables because I wanted the ground and these plants to receive the most water.
Today I have a problem, there are small black ants, they probably escaped from the water I use to water my plants, then they migrated to the edge of the house and they bit my leg. It hurts a little and itches, but it probably isn't poisonous. There are a lot of these ants around the house. Another factor is probably the bird food upstairs that has been lost, so they come to live in this area, a rich food source. What should I do with these ants? So I used a water hose to spray the ants to migrate to another place and they got stuck in the house area, near the fence. I was afraid that these ants would disturb my food source which was in the kitchen or went to my mother's room and went to find food for my parrots. I tried to clean the floor to prevent these ants from living in this area. When I was done, I went to water the plants. I also turned on the water and put it in the lotus pond because the lotus pond was about to dry up. There were many kinds of fish in the lotus pond. It was a small pond where lotuses were planted. So I turned on the water and put it in the lotus pond for about 30 minutes. I heard some strange sounds. Then I listened carefully to the conclusion that the water in the pond was dry. So I quickly ran to unplug the power. It is natural pond water. This pond water has a little rust and cannot be used in the household. It can only be used to water the plants and clean the floor. I tried many ways to get rid of the rust in the pond but never succeeded. I don't know why. I arrange the garden. Decorate my garden. Many of my trees that are not in their place, I moved them to their current place. But in the future, they may not be beautiful, but today they are beautiful. I spent some time arranging the trees. A little happiness from arranging the garden and watching the trees grow. It was another kind of happiness. I continued doing housework because I thought that before writing the article, I would finish the housework and gardening first.
As much as I could, I heard my pets barking loudly, so I went outside the fence to look. In the end, the geese and chickens were fighting. So I came back into the house to bring ripe bananas and leftover food from the kitchen to them before my husband cooked breakfast for them. When they ate, they didn't fight. When everything calmed down, I came back to drink water on the balcony downstairs and sat down to write the article, tell stories for my friends to read. Today, I have to say goodbye for now.
