My turn to train and suffer today. I've actually not really suffering that much during the 1h45' that I needed to run the 21km exactly at a 5'/km pace, but a few hours later the tiredness set in...
Maybe it's the accumulation of the mountain run yesterday, followed by getting everything prepared for when my visitors came, the eating, drinking and not perfectly sleeping and than the 21km before lunch time?... Maybe it got a bit too much...
