Sean todos bienvenidos mis amigos y compañeros de la gran comunidad de #Actifit y el ecosistema de #Hive. A todos los que practican el Streetworkout y la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia, les envío un cordial y especial saludo, esperando que se encuentren muy bien en este lindo día de hoy. De igual modo, espero que todos estén teniendo actividades físicas maravillosas. En esta ocasión, les enseño, comparto y comento acerca de mi reporte de actividad de hoy, en el cual he realizado una rutina que contiene ejercicios de la Calistenia, además de redactarles de mi rutina realizada, los voy a guiar más sobre esta disciplina deportiva y el Streetworkout. Antes de empezar la rutina, como pueden observar en mis fotos, he realizado ejercicios de estiramientos y calentamiento, estos ejercicios son fundamentales de realizar antes de cualquier rutina de entrenamiento, ayudan a activar los músculos que serán abarcados en los ejercicios y prevenir lesiones o fatigas. Mi primer ejercicio en la rutina ha sido un movimiento llamado Pull Ups de Tuck Advanace, este movimiento consiste en mantener levitado el tronco, con más piernas recogidas y las rodillas apuntando hacia arriba, sosteniéndonos con las manos de alguna barra, luego de la posición, simplemente se debe jalar con fuerza para tocar la barra con nuestra pelvis, este ejercicio lo realicé por 7 repeticiones en 2 series. Luego mi segundo ejercicio, han sido Pull Ups de Front Lever, este consisten en mantener estático nuestro cuerpo completamente extendido mientras nos sostenemos con nuestras manos de una barra, este ejercicio es más difícil y se debe jalar fuerte hasta tocar la barra con nuestra pelvis, manteniendo la posición, he hecho 5 repeticiones por 2 series, teniendo ayuda de una banda elástica o liga. Mi último ejercicio se llama Touch Half, consiste en mantener nuestro cuerpo elevado tocando la barra con la pelvis y con las piernas apuntando hacia abajo y las rodillas abiertas, este ejercicio lo he mantenido por 3 segundos y lo he realizado 3 veces. Esta sería la culminación de mi rutina de entrenamiento, además espero haberles guiado acerca de estos movimientos de la Calistenia y el Streetworkout, una grandiosa disciplina deportiva.

To all of you who practice Streetworkout and the sport discipline of Calisthenics, I send a warm and special greeting, hoping that you are very well on this beautiful day today. Likewise, I hope that you are all having wonderful physical activities. On this occasion, I show you, share and comment on my activity report for today, in which I have performed a routine that contains Calisthenics exercises, in addition to writing about my routine, I will guide you more about this sport discipline and Streetworkout. Before starting the routine, as you can see in my photos, I have done stretching and warm-up exercises, these exercises are essential to do before any training routine, they help activate the muscles that will be covered in the exercises and prevent injuries or fatigue. My first exercise in the routine has been a movement called Tuck Advanced Pull Ups, this movement consists of keeping the trunk levitated, with more legs bent and knees pointing upwards, holding ourselves with our hands on a bar, after the position, we simply have to pull hard to touch the bar with our pelvis, I did this exercise for 7 repetitions in 2 sets. Then my second exercise, has been Front Lever Pull Ups, this consist of keeping our body statically completely extended while we hold ourselves with our hands on a bar, this exercise is more difficult and must be pulled hard until we touch the bar with our pelvis, maintaining the position, I have done 5 repetitions for 2 sets, with the help of an elastic band or league. My last exercise is called Touch Half, it consists of keeping our body elevated touching the bar with the pelvis and with the legs pointing down and the knees open, I have held this exercise for 3 seconds and I have done it 3 times. This would be the culmination of my training routine, and I hope to have guided you through these Calisthenics and Streetworkout movements, a great sports discipline.
