El día de hoy estuve usando algunas prendas que representan el logo de Hive que se me fueron otorgadas en la Copa Hive de este año. De este modo, salí a realizar mi actividad física, caminando por al menos 3 horas, bajo un sol radiante, donde con ayuda de mi reloj inteligente pude tener un seguimientos de mis estadísticas en mi recorrido caminando.
Las estadísticas de mi reloj apuntan que di más de 13.000 pasos en esas 3 horas de recorrido, además dice que fue un trayecto de 7.8 kilómetros y tuve un beneficio de quemar 218 calorías. Una información muy buena y reconfortante.
El trayecto de mi caminata ha estado lleno de muchas escaleras, subidas y algunas planicies, gracias a estos obstáculos pude rendir con más fortaleza y de ese modo, obtener mejores resultados de mi actividad física realizada.
En lo largo de mi camino, estuve en varios centros deportivos, algunas canchas y sitios de entrenamiento, las largas escaleras de una pasarela y 55 escalones que contiene la escalera por donde vivo que la tuve que subir y bajar dos veces.
Para finalizar, me siento muy feliz de que mi recorrido caminando estuvo lleno de buena actividad y salud, seguiré teniendo este tipo de caminatas y gracias a mi reloj inteligente puedo seguir teniendo en cuenta las estadísticas y la información de actividad que voy cumpliendo al pasar de las horas.
Today I was wearing some clothes that represent the Hive logo that were awarded to me at this year's Hive Cup. Thus, I went out to do my physical activity, walking for at least 3 hours, under a bright sun, where with the help of my smart watch I was able to keep track of my statistics on my walking tour.
The statistics on my watch indicate that I took more than 13,000 steps in those 3 hours of walking, it also says that it was a 7.8 kilometer journey and I had a benefit of burning 218 calories. Very good and comforting information.
The path of my walk has been full of many stairs, climbs and some flat areas, thanks to these obstacles I was able to perform with more strength and thus, get better results from my physical activity.
Along my path, I was in several sports centers, some courts and training sites, the long stairs of a walkway and 55 steps that the staircase where I live contains that I had to go up and down twice.
To conclude, I feel very happy that my walking route was full of good activity and health, I will continue to have this type of walks and thanks to my smart watch I can continue to keep in mind the statistics and information of the activity that I am completing as the hours pass.
