Esta mañana, luego de mi desayuno, me prepararé para salir a realizar mi recorrido caminando, me coloqué mi reloj inteligente que me acompaña en todas mis actividades físicas para llevar el seguimiento de mis estadísticas de mi rendimiento y ropa deportiva con la que me sentí muy cómodo para salir a caminar. El sol estaba bastante resplandeciente, por ende estaba haciendo bastante calor, al momento de salir a realizar mi caminata, el sol descompensa más mi cuerpo, lo que hace que mi actividad física tenga más resultados y me vea más agotado.
Sin embargo, a pesar de tanto sol, también hubo un viento muy agradable, ya que me refrescaba el cuerpo con cada oleada de viento. Este recorrido caminando lo hice por los trayectos de las carreteras de la ciudad de San Cristóbal, como pueden observar, no todo el trayecto es plano, hay variedad de subidas, escaleras, obstáculos y demás.
Según mi reloj inteligente, mis estadísticas en este trayecto caminando han sido de 9.000 pasos, 5.4 kilómetros recorridos y 120 calorías que fueron quemadas. Todo esto fue hecho en un tiempo de 3 horas de caminata, son resultados muy buenos con excelentes beneficios.
Siendo esta mi primera actividad física realizada en este nuevo año 2025. Empezando el año con buena actividad física, espero que al igual que yo, todos ustedes hayan tenido actividades grandiosas y saludables para empezar este nuevo año 2025.
This morning, after my breakfast, I will prepare to go out to do my walking tour, I put on my smart watch that accompanies me in all my physical activities to keep track of my performance statistics and sportswear with which I felt very comfortable to go out for a walk. The sun was quite bright, therefore it was quite hot, when I went out for my walk, the sun unbalances my body more, which makes my physical activity have more results and makes me look more exhausted.
However, despite so much sun, there was also a very pleasant wind, as it refreshed my body with each wave of wind. This walking tour was done on the roads of the city of San Cristóbal, as you can see, not all the route is flat, there are a variety of climbs, stairs, obstacles and so on.
According to my smart watch, my statistics on this walking route have been 9,000 steps, 5.4 kilometers traveled and 120 calories that were burned. All this was done in a time of 3 hours of walking, these are very good results with excellent benefits.
This being my first physical activity carried out in this new year 2025. Starting the year with good physical activity, I hope that like me, all of you have had great and healthy activities to start this new year 2025.
